Mark came in to replace the awning job someone had done before. I felt that he had more experience. Things were going well initially, and I asked him to do other things around the house. His other work began to pick up, so I did the odds and ends around the house, but I really needed him to complete the awning/patio roof repair. We set a deadline for approx. 2 weeks (which he kept extending), and he didn't complete the job. I called again and spent 3 weeks waiting for him (he always said he was too busy) and eventually had to end the contract with him, that's when I called Angie's List. He works in chaos and is extremely unreliable. He can do good jobs but only at his convenience.
