Successfully sold our house after the first agent failed, due to her lack of knowledge about short sale laws. Mark and his staff where very well qualified. They handled every issue that came up, and solved the problem resulting in our house being sold. The second mortgage wanted more than the first wanted to pay. He negotiated with the first to satisfy the second. We doubted him the whole way, after the first bad experiance we had, but he knew every law, and the exception to those laws. He put up with our doubts, and meltdowns, and just came back with a solution. When I hire someone to do the job, I expect them to do their job.
I wish every real estate agent was as professional as Mark was. It really didn't cost us anything except the loss we took on the underwater house, so that is why I put down 50 grand as the cost.
