Very friendly and flexible schedule. Unfortunately quality was just ok. There was multiple times when not all bedrooms were cleaned.

The women were very prompt and were ready to go. They went to work quickly. The cleaning that was completed was surface level. I had expected a bit more care around baseboards, on the counters and the faces of the cupboards. I believed that they would clean the inside of the windows and the window tracks but they said they did not do those when they got there. I may have not asked the correct questions, but ended up doing a good amount of re-cleaning to get the house ready for sale.

They did a great job cleaning up, especially the fridge and floors.

I booked it through email. $200 to $300 for 8 hours of cleaning. 2 People for four hours. I thought they were great and I personally reviewed them on Yelp because they were so great. They were reliable, they followed through, they were professional and they got the job done.

Communication was just difficult. You know, when you have to do phone tag or someone doesn't turn up when they are supposed to it kinda puts me out of my day. And it happened a few times. The cleaning was good, but it wasn't really like great. And I guess I was willing to pay the money if it was like a really great clean. Often, I guess it depended on who turned up, how good the clean was. But, it was like every time they left there was something that got missed and it was just annoying. Like, they said they would come back and redo it for free and all that, but you know that's just more like communication problems for me. I don't really have time for someone to come back or to redo it. It was kind of OK, but not really worth the money for me in the end.

One of the only companies to answer my phone call, then great communication before the service and the workers that cleaned communicated everything clearly as well. Place was very clean, will use again.

I'm very happy with the services provided. They always show up on time and leave the house looking great.

The techs showed up on time and were courteous and detailed. They worked efficiently and accomplished what was requested. I was also very appreciative with Robin's responsiveness to call me back and follow up on getting the scheduled services completed without problem. We will definitely hire Maid for Portland again. Thank you!

They scheduled with me within one day, came when they said they would and did a great job cleaning. I would use them again.

Always punctual and friendly, they bring there own cleaning supplies, but I ask them to use my vacuum which is no problem for them. They are friendly, but stay on task and get everything done and sometimes have time for more.

The cleaning team arrived on time and got to work right away after a quick tour of the house.  They were friendly, efficient and accommodating to my needs, plus the house smelled great.  All my counters and cabinets were wiped and free of finger prints.  They even shined up the stainless steele applicances, plus wiped down all my wooden blinds.  I couldn't be happier.

Within an hour three cleaners cleaned counters, including appliances, floors, sinks in the kitchen and two bathrooms and a shower.  We were very pleased with their cheerful demeanor and especially with the quality of their work, and will ask for them again.  My wife will need not only a clean house when she comes home from the hospital but a completely disinfected one, and Nikki and I discussed what cleaning products that would entail.

They did a good job. Good communication and showed up when they said they would - I was happy with the work.

Super easy scheduling (one quick phone call), then they showed up on time, were very professional, and did a great job with the cleaning.  The place is spotless.
Really liked the fact that they communicated progress via text messages and had an option to pay via electronic invoice. I really appreciate companies who are tech-savvy since it saves me time and hassle.
