Our Maids are friendly, fast and efficient. We have them come once per month and they always do a good job (if the "house junk" is put away). If i'm late on picking up. I just stow stuff in a box and sort it afterwards. I fully recommend them.

First off, Mike Lambert is extremely responsive whenever I email him to have extra services, add a tip for the housekeepers, change my day etc.  Very easy to work with, and extremely accommodating.  
As far as the cleaning.  I have two Newfoundland dogs, and thusly my house is not a typical and easy clean.  The two ladies come in and get my house cleaned exceptionally well in a short amount of time.  The ladies are nice, friendly, and very professional.  I am, and will, continue to use their services for the foreseeable future.  
Thank you Maid Brigade.  My wife and l laugh that you guys are like couples therapy.  It takes so much stress off of us to know that we have two wonderful ladies that help us keep our house clean.

They just come in and do the job and they are very nice friendly people. They have a number of good employees, they are always very courteous and my wife is usually home when they are here.

I pay them for each visit but I prefer not to disclose the amount that I spend on their services.  They do a great job.  If there are any problems, they are immediately on it.

I have been using them for two years.  I like the fact that I can get the place cleaned within a few days of calling them.  I saw their card running around with their logo which is how I started using them.

Outstanding job. Very easy to work with, accepting of changes and willing to work on extra items. Only one time I had a small item and they made it right quickly. Mike is awesome and very communicative and professional. Highly recommend their services. Good and honest employees who work hard.

They were fast and professional, no chatting and they worked at a good pace.  I have a regular housekeeper  (who is out ill) or I might consider hiring them again on a continuing basis.  I am just not used to a "crew" so I felt the rates were high and the amount of work done was not as much as I would expect.  I had to ask them to stay an extra hour and did not get a discounted rate for that extra time.

Don't worry about lack of supervion. Mike or Ryan are a phone call away, always available and 100% reliable.

I had another service do the same work 6 months earlier, I was not that happy. I checked Angie's list after my father highly recommended the Maid Brigade..  I am glad I took his advise.  They came as promised.  They did a great job.....I was so pleased with their work I continue to have them clean my house every 4 weeks.

It goes perfect. They are great. They are an excellent cleaning service and detail oriented.

The cleaning staff did a good job cleaning, were pleasant and overall we had zero complaints with the cleaning. The problem with Maid Brigade is the complete lack of proffesionalism that staff showed towards us and their employees. On several occasions we overheard the cleaners taking calls from the office and you could hear loud profanity coming from the reciever of the phone. On one occasion it was obvious that another customer had complained or something and you could hear the manager screaming at the lead cleaner. On another occassion the cleaner called to report that they had finnished and you could hear a string of profanity from the manager of the office. I recognized his voice and she was on a cell phone on the porch and I was all the way in the kitchen.
We had never called to complain about the cleaning but we did call to remind them that we didn't want them to come earlier than 8:00 am or later then 1 pm and each time we were treated rudely. The last time that we called when it was 3 pm and they still had not arrived so I said that they would need to either rescheduel for the following day or skip this week. They again told us that we had never given them an end time to start cleaning. I reminded them that it was in the original contract and that they could reference it if they liked. At that point they told me that they would still have to charge me. I then said that they had lost a client at which point I was subjected to some vulgarity. In 8 months we never paid late, canceled a cleaning, made one complaint other then to ask for them to stick to the hours promised. To me it is surprising that they have any clients with the way that they conduct themselves. To top it off they charged our card for the cleaning which we had to dispute with the bank.

They did a very good job and were very hard workers!

They come in and do a great job! They are very independent. They are very thorough and I trust them completely! I Highly recommend them!

Amazing. My favorite day of the month is the day after the Maid Brigade comes to our house. It feels so clean. It's hard to describe because we pick everything up and make sure everything is put away but walking in after they've been here is so wonderful. I dearly love a clean house but hate cleaning. I have twin 7 year old boyz so our house never seems to stay clean long enough. After MB comes, I feel like I can deal with my house again, at least for a few days. I've tried other cleaning businesses and even had individuals in to clean my home but none of them hold a candle to Maid Brigade.

They are very reliable, professional, and fast in their work. They are very trustworthy and you don't have to worry when they come into your house. They are focused on quality control and have you evaluate them after each cleaning. The quality of service is very good and I rate them highly in all aspects. I will definitely use their services again.

We are really pleased with Maid Brigade - Tigard since we no longer are sneezing. The house sparkles and they removed all dust by using new high-tech HEPA filter vacuums. We used a mom and pops firm in the past that used our vacuum and our cleaners. What I like about Maid Brigade is that they use Green cleaners that are environmentally friendly. My wife says we can't clean the house as clean as Maid Brigade and it really frees up time for us to do other things. The crew is always friendly and thorough and if there is any problem they rapidly correct it, but we have had very few problems and I highly recommend them. The owner, Joe, is a really nice guy too.

They have great individual service plans for anyone who uses them. They are very pleasant and always really kind to you. I think it's one hundred dollars a visit.

The house is cleaner now with Maid Brigade versus the previous service which was really a two person business that required us to provide all cleaning materials and the vacuum. Maid Brigade uses really good cleaning materials and I noticed they are using new updated vacuums. They are always punctual and professional.

Two workers arrived about 40 minutes after their appointed time and stayed for about 4.5 hrs. They vacuumed, dusted, washed all the usual places. They overlooked mold on wall inside shower and an area of rug needed more vacuuming.

I e-mailed them a price quote request 2 nights ago and received a response the next morning, I then called and set up a cleaning for the next day! I was very happy they were able to accommodate my last minute request. They were here when promised and were also done when they said they would be. The price was lower than my quote and the work was done to my expectations. This was the first time I have hired a house keeper and I am pleased with the results!
