Perfect. I have used Mand M in the past for many jobs big and small over the years. I would never use anyone else.

I can't say enough about Jess and his brother Sam, the owners of Mand M Painting, and their team. The painting met my extremely high standards (I am a little too perfectionist for my own good). Not only did the job get done well and on time, but these guys were truly a pleasure to work with. I felt totally at ease leaving my 90 year old mother at home while they were working. They treated her with kindness and respect. Jess has many years of experience and provided valuable input as to the color choice. I will never have to search for another painting company - Mand M Painting from now on is my go-to company.

Prep was excellent, they patched and sealed a lot of cracks and bumps. They were always on time, courteous and took care of everything. They sorted and labeled the leftover paint, kept all areas spotless, moved the furniture and accessories, etc. Great to work with; would recommend highly.

Sam was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to my request for an estimate and worked around my availability. He was on time and meticulous in both his set up and clean up and his work. He also demonstrated an expertise in old houses; for instance, he knew the ceiling texturing was done with walnut shells and knew how to replicate the technique to match existing. He did a great job and I would recommend him without hesitation.

The lowest bid and a fabulous result! The crew was very through and polite. They kept the worksite clean. Jess the owner kept me very informed regarding the few changes in schedule that occurred due to high season demand and still managed to stay within my timeframe. The final job was excellent and included extra attention to some complex prep work.

Sam Martin performed the estimate and the job process over a 3 day period. He promptly provided an e-mailed estimate. He was able to work with us on our time constraints and did the work on short notice. He arrived on time, was polite, professional. Even our dogs liked him. When the job did not need as much labor as originally estimated, he lowered the price accordingly.

Overall, I was very pleased with their work. I had told them the color that our trim was painted, but hadn't thought to tell them that it was a satin finish (and they didn't ask.) They bought the paint before picking up our doors and used a different brand than we had but apparently matched the color chip. When they returned the doors, I was disappointed to see the paint didn't match the trim. I'm not sure why it didn't since even with different brands, it should be close. I was disappointed they didn't ask about the sheen, but just bought a flatter finish than what the trim was. However, they wanted to make it right, so for no extra cost, they painted the trim on the doorways so it would all match. I would have preferred getting the right color in the first place--optimally they should have asked about the sheen and maybe brought paint chips to match the actual trim, but I was impressed that they did what they needed to leave me happy. I'd definitely recommend.

SAM AND HIS CREW WERE PUNCTUAL AND, TO WORK AROUND OUR SCHEDULE, SHOWED UP AT OUR HOUSE TWO MORNINGS AT 7:00 A.M. THE WORK WAS PROFESSIONAL AND REASONABLE.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PAINTING COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY CAREFUL, VERY POLITE AND EXTREMELY QUALIFIED. EVERYONE WHO SEES OUR RESULT, COMMENTS ON HOW GOOD IT IS, WANTS THEIR NAME AND NUMBER.
