My request for A/C companies was responded to immediately. Wes was great. He respected my senior years, helped me with a great system, and had it done in no time. I would definitely use this company again!

He was a life saver - our home warranty company couldn't find a service provider to help us for a week and Wes came right away - understanding the urgency of the situation. He made a difficult situation relatively easy.

They cancelled our initial appointment and then missed the rescheduled appointment. A week later, someone randomly showed up, gave no explanation of why the appointment was missed and why they didn't contact us before arriving. The person who showed up didn't appear professionally dressed with no indication of what company he worked for. He was dressed more casual (a cutoff shirt and shorts) than we expected. We would not recommend them at all.

It was good. I just said, show up whenever you want because there's no one there and just have it done by this day. There was no extra cost. I never really met them, I only dealt with them over the phone, but I have no problems. I would use them again if I needed the service, but I have a landscaping service and they clean the gutters for me.

They were willing to negotiate with me on payments and I was appreciative of that. They didn't send me a bill for a long time; they were having home office issues. When they finally did, I paid it over time. They did a good job. They had a very logical solution that worked. It took a while to get things settled, but I would work with them again.

I purchased a Big Deal gutter cleaning and inspection from the Home Doctor in June 2013 and forgot about it until after it had expired. I called on 12/31/13 and left a message. Jean called me back the morning of 1/3/14 and said it was no problem, they would come out and do the cleaning...and they had an opening that afternoon. Miguel called me on his way, and arrived a few minutes early. He did a thorough job cleaning my gutters, which were nasty because they hadn't been done in a while. My roof has a bunch of moss, so he also gave me a rundown of what I should do soon to avoid irreparable damage. I was disappointed that Miguel took off all my gutter covers without checking first, but he explained that some of them were damaged/missing, so having only partial coverage wasn't helpful, and that my house really didn't benefit from having them. We'll see. My overall experience was positive, however, especially them honoring the expired deal. I'd use Home Doctor again.

I was very pleased with the initiative of the 2 men; I didn't expect them to replace a downspout and its attachment since that was not part of the original order. In addition they asked if I had any leftover paint that matched the house. They then painted the downspout, the attachment and the facia behind. It wasn't until a few days later that I discovered the gutter debris was in all the bushes around the house! That latter was what gave them the 'B' grade.

When the man showed up he explained what he was going to do. first used the blower on the whole roof. cleaned all the gutters well, and cleaned one plugged downspout. The only problem was I did not say where I wanted the gutter debris dumped, he dumped it in a nice pile that was easily removed. That should have been a question to ask me, where I wanted the debris.

It was just okay. They charged me an extra amount to clean the awning. They told me that they were going to charge me extra to clean the moss off of the roof. I decided not to do that at this time, because it was going to rain and it would just wash it off. I did wait until later in the year, because I wanted to get most of the leaves down before they did it. It did cost $25 more to do the awning. I do not think that they were cheap. I thought that the quality was fine, they did the job and it came out fine. They were responsive and they were on time and professional. I do not know if I would use them again because of the price.

Called to schedule, left message and was called back 2 days later. Called day before schedule to get approximate time
and was never called back. Day of service Miguel called me and I told him the office stated that they needed to walk the
roof on a dry day, since it rained this AM I was surprised I got the call. Long story short, Miguel did show up, did an excellent
job. Walked the roof (cause you can't get to all the gutters from a ladder). Was friendly, fast and efficient. I would use Miguel again, but have the feeling he was a sub contractor. His vehicle had no marking for anything. He knew I was an Angie's Big Deal customer but was unaware of the cost. He also said he had an excellent Angie's listing report, but the Home Doctor does not have that listing.

After they cleaned my gutters and inspected my roof, they were supposed to inform me of the results of the roof inspection. I never heard from them, so called two times and left messages. Still no response. Then I contacted Angie's List and Angie's List emailed them about the issue (which I much appreciate!). I have still not heard from them and that is why I've given a grade of C. I now will have to hire another company to do the roof inspection.

I had been needing a small gutter repair for a COUPLE OF YEARS now but kept putting it off because I didn't know who to call. Thankfully I found The Home Doctor on Angie's List. From my very first contact I found their responsiveness and professionalism to be absolutely amazing. They were pretty heavily booked it seemed but found a spot to fit me in and were able to fix my issue the same day since it was a small repair. I could not be happier. Have already recommended them to several neighbors!
I originally emailed them and said I had a gutter pulling away from an eave on the 2nd story of my house and it had been leaking for a couple of years. They scheduled me into their work about a week later, which I found satisfactory. The day the repairmen showed up, I pointed out the issue, they suggested it needed to be nailed back into place AND resealed at the corner to prevent future leaks. They gave me a very reasonable price quote under a hundred dollars and went to work fixing it right then. They were done in about a half hour.
Because I had to leave to get my son from school the guys were gone when I got back. They emailed me my invoice promptly so that I could pay promptly. I'm super happy with the entire process and will DEFINITELY be calling them for ALL services I need that they offer.

Just be aware that while they do offer to trim trees etc they do NOT haul away anything. The debris is dumped onto your lawn and left. Now what am I suppose to do with that big pile? Did clean the gutters and did minor repairs. That I would rate as "A". Without a doubt. Of course...since they don't haul anything away... Would have NEVER used them, or would have really looked at price, if I would have realized that price didn't include removal. You know what is said about "assuming" anything... Some debris did coat the new siding on the house and some splattered over recently cleaned window. But disavowal of any ownership in slop on siding and windows. Oh well, I love cleaning my windows and siding... Then again it doesn't show on my green siding.

Was very late, no notification that someone was coming or not. I had to check, I believe it was after 5pm when he arrived. He threw the ladder up against my house knocking into my outside decorations when another area would have been more appropriate. He didn't even look around the outside of the house first. He climbed the ladder with one hand while talking on his cell phone. He threw all the debris into my yard debris can for me to deal with. It was very heavy to roll the cart myself. He never went around the perimeter of the house to check for mess that needed cleaning up. There was not much but I had to clean it myself.

They not only cleaned our gutters but also sealed holes in gutters. I am happy for their performance even though it cost additional $80 to seal 2 holes.

They responded to my call to setup an appointment. Arrived as scheduled and cleaned the cutters. I got a call from the provider indicating what they had done and that they would send an e-mail with some information on the evaluation from the roof. I never received this information.

They come right out. I don't feel like I'm taken advantage of, they don't try and sell me a product I don't need. They're honest. Call and remind me. They come out and do the work and do a great job.

After they completed the work, I asked that they provide an invoice for my records. After not receiving one, I tried calling on several occassions. They have yet to return any of my calls or provide the invoice. At this point, I woun't recommend using this provider. Their communication and customer service is lousy.

Showed up in a car with no ladder. Used our ladder, our garbage can, and did not ask to use this either. Got on roof did some stuff. When they left, anything that came off the roof was put in our garbage can. It was so heavy that the garbage man could not lift it. The garbage man charged more. The service provider charged us for trimming a tree that I do not believe that he had to do. I just recently got another bill from them. Very unprofessional. There were also pieces of roofing that kept coming off and blew all over the yard.

All of above was completed satisfactorily. The staff was prompt, communicative, friendly and knowledgable. The price was higher than expected, but the roof needed more cleaning than expected, so it was fair. We have used this company before and have always been pleased with their work and reliability. They are always happy to answer any questions and offer advice if requested.
