I've used them more than once. Know what you want before you get there and how much. What do you want and the quantities.

You can never be sure what you're going to get the next time you go up there. I had to wait for it.They seemed to be professional. Depending on price may use again. Know what you want before you buy and make sure there's enough for what you want. They might have what you want but it might not be enough to satisfy what your needs and it might not be local so you'd have to wait, so know what you want before you walk in.

After looking for just the right flooring at the right price we placed order with LL. We did order samples which helped with our decision.  The order was placed on line. There was an issue because the 10% discount did not go through. It took four separate phone calls to straighten out this issue. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The flooring came in first (no trim pieces). We picked up. There were no issues with the quality of the flooring and I was happy with the way it looked after installation. I was told that I would be notified when the trim pieces were ready for pick up. After about three weeks I called the one eight hundred number to find out when to expect the trim. After ten minutes on the phone, they told me it was at the store waiting for pick up. No one called me!  When I arrived at store (I did call ahead to let them know I was coming) there was one salesperson behind desk on the phone, and a second on the floor with a customer. It was obvious from listing to sales person on the phone, that she was trying to talk her boss into a raise. She told me she would be right back and left the room. Really! After a few minutes he other sales person came over to tell me he would help as soon as he finished with the customer he was with. When she was finally through with her phone call, she came back and I got my molding. Bottom line is, if you do your homework, you can get flooring at a very good price. Just don't expect a lot of help from LL.

Someone showed up to our home yesterday trying to charge us more for moving items and it was only one person. He didn't understand what to do. This company is not good at calling back. We have become inpatient and just want the work done.

We bought bamboo flooring because they had the best price. They told us
we would have to wait 3 weeks for product to be shipped from Virginia.
It came within the specified time. But when we went back to buy a
single piece, they told us the same thing. This time we waited 4 weeks,
and heard nothing from them. I called them about it. They told me it
was already in. I went to pick it up, but it was not there. They said
they would call me back to resolve the issue. They never did. When I
called them back a week later and talked to the store manager, he was
familiar with my situation, and would call another store to see if they
had the piece I wanted. He called back a few hours later to say I could
pick up the piece the next day. The next day I went there and the
piece was there. In all it took them 6 weeks to deliver a single piece.
The only advantage to buying from them is the price. They offer no other service.

Over the past year, we've used Lumber Liquidators twice to purchase laminate plank flooring to replace the carpet in our dining and TV room (probably several hundred square feet). We installed it ourselves. The pricing, especially during sales, can be great. That being said, if you order a popular style that is on sale, you may need to wait for it to be shipped. We waited 6 weeks or so (was told it might take a month). We weren't in a hurry, so it wasn't an issue for us. The people we've spoken to there have endured our newbie questions politely, and provided helpful suggestions and advice.
They are the only location in the Portland area, and the phone always seems to be ringing there.
For the most part, the quality of the flooring has been good. We have only had a board or two that had chips from shipping, transport,etc. Not perfect, but expected. Beyond that though, we are happy with the flooring.

i had them come out and they finished in one day. they had a crew of six people.they did a great job.

The staff were responsive and knowledgable. They answered our questions promptly and offered advice when asked.

They are fairly easy to work with and I would say they have good prices on their flooring. I bought the flooring from them and I am doing the installation myself. We got a specialty hardwood that they had to special order which takes some time. They are laid back a little bit but they know what they are talking about.

No call backs from the local store after repeated messages (3 total), had to call the 800# to find out our flooring was in stock.

Good initial experience. I was able to pickup the flooring immediately, and at a great price. Make sure to check on the availability of the accessories for your flooring. When I came back for matching heating vents and quarter-round it was a six week wait. I wish the salesman would have asked me about this! I had to find the parts elsewhere. Also, the place is crazy on the weekends, so try hitting the store on a weekday.

The company has amazing prices for really good quality hardwood floors. The flooring arrived at the exact time they said it would. Just wish they could deliver.

THEY HAVE REALLY GOOD PRICES, AND I'M HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY. SERVICE IS SO-SO, BUT WORTH IT FOR THE PRICE. GOOD SELECTION ON HARDWOOD, INCLUDING SOME EXOTIC WOOD.
