The owner was quite nice and made a list of the projects I needed done and then scheduled the work. The tree trimmer was outstanding , the yard clean up did not do all of the chores listed for some reason and the hedge folks actually nicked one of my nearby trees with the hedge clippers several times. The initial cost was higher than some services so I expected a thorough and complete job. The workers were not here very long and did not communicate with me at all even though I was home. For the above reasons I rate the service a B. However on the plus side, since all was not done , I did call the owner who was kind enough to adjust the requested fee.

They have been working with me for 15 years and I have been very happy with them.

Quality work up until March/April/May 2011. Then they started Mowing Only.

i called for company owner to come out, he did, he even and quot;stated he was not satisfied with things he saw,things that I had not even mentionedand quot;. Said he would be back personally that week to clean up unfinished buisness, never showed. i emailed him two weeks later, he claims they came out midweek (5/11/11) to do and quot;extraand quot; cleanup and hauling - which is Untrue, it had been raining all week, I had not been out in the yard trimming and raking, so there was no and quot;extraand quot; cleaning up or haulikng off to do. I would have been happy if they would have done their regular routine of raking and general weekly cleaning.

Being recently widowed, and now on social security, I told him I could not afford to pay them $175 to MOW ONLY, and would have to stop their service.

Find it interesting, when one touches the purse strings, how ones integrity and professionalism changes. Had he required his team to do their original quality work, I would have continued with them

.I must say in all fairness to him, since their work did not continue to meet my satisfaction, they disregared the last partial invoice and stopped their service. I was very disappoint in the end results

NOW HIS TEAM DOES WEEKLY MAINTENANCE WHICH INCLUDES MOWING OUR LARGE (CA. 1/2 ACRE) LAWN, BLOWING THE WALKWAYS AND AREAS WHERE THERE IS A LOT OF LEAF DROP FROM LARGE OVERHANGING CONIFERS (INCLUDING REDWOODS). HIS TEAM IS USUALLY PUNCTUAL ON THE SAME DAY EVERY WEEK. THEY WILL TAKE AWAY SMALL PILES OF DEBRIS IF ASKED. WE PAY THEM $300/MONTH YEAR ROUND INCLUDING NOVEMBER-FEBRUARY WHEN THEY SELDOM COME, IF AT ALL. THEY WILL CLEAN UP FOR HOLIDAYS IF ASKED. OUR MONTHLY FEE HAS RISEN FASTER THAN INFLATION OR THE INCREASED COST OF FUEL, LABOR AND BENEFITS WHICH HAS PROMPTED ME TO SEEK OTHER ESTIMATES. HOWEVER THE PRICE IS COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER COMPANIES AND THEY ARE A KNOWN QUANTITY. .

They are great. They show up, they are reliable, they do the work and then they get out. I have recommended them to my friends and would recommend to anyone.

They performed the work in a very professional manner. I was open as to when the work would be done and they showed up within two weeks and completed the job in two days.
