Koi was very friendly, worked efficiently, and arrived when he said he would. We hired him for several jobs, replacing a toilet at my house, addressing shower faucets at my mothers house and other jobs over the years. His secretary is professional, helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Khoi was amazing. I wish I could recommend his work to my family and friends. He replaced our kitchen sink whenever we did a remodel, and he did a stellar job. His secretary on the other hand... Seems like she has a stick stuck up her a**. We both emailed and called a handful of times about wanting our invoice sent over so that we could pay it. The encounters on the phone with this secretary were not what you'd hope for as a customer... she was rude and blamed us for "paying late" and that she had never seen a message or call from us requesting an invoice... We were polite each time asking nicely for our invoice. On that last call, we told her to give us our invoice amount right then and there so that we could mail a check and get this over with right away. That check was sent out over a month ago. We called to ask if they had received our payment, only to find out that they hadn't and she then again told us we were bad customers and it was our fault the check was lost, and proceeded to be very rude. We finally decided to hand deliver our check, but I am appalled by this woman's immature and rude behavior. She should not be working in customer service and I give her zero stars. The stars in my review are for khoi's work.

Quality work done by kind professionals. Khoi is extremely knowledgeable. He came out to provide a bid, and was great at explaining the work to be done (drew diagrams and took photos from our crawlspace). He was able to give an opinion on what HAD to be done, and what was totally fine for now (something that is crucial in an older home...unless you're made of money). His quote was on par with other plumbers, he was recommended to us, and he was so great during the bid that we went with him. On the work day, he had two workers conducting the repairs/replacements. Both guys were incredibly nice, and also very knowledgeable. All it all, it was a great experience, and I will be using them again.

My water heater flooded my garage on a Saturday night. I called this provider and asked for service on Sunday. He called me back Saturday night and said that he could come out on Sunday. On sunday he kept me informed as to the time of his arrival, he picked up a new water heater, and he replaced it in an efficient manner, not taking too much time to do the work. He was very respectful, knowledgeable and professional. He also did not gouge me for a Sunday service call, and I really appreciated this. His charges were reasonable and professional. I will definitely call him again when I need a plumber!

It went great. The contractor showed up on time and finished the job quickly and neatly. Khoi came by when we were in the planning stage and gave us lots of advice on making sure we would be ready when he showed up. We took his advice, and the plumbing install went very well.
We have used Lotus plumbing for three renovation projects now (2 bathrooms and the kitchen). If we ever have to do any more plumbing, we will use Lotus.

Great! He squeezed me into his schedule. He was professional and courteous. He had the parts with him, fixed my toilets and left.

This was the second time we hired Khoi's company based on a neighbor's referral. Previously he had cleared drains and replaced a toilet. When our kitchen faucet began gushing water under the sink two days before New Year's we called Khoi first. He got back to us the next day and arranged to send someone out first thing on 1/2 (since none of us wanted to deal with it until after the holiday. In the meantime, we bought a new faucet to save time. My mistake! Khoi called at 8:30 a.m. on 1/2 to confirm our address and tell us his plumber would be on the way soon. A little after 9, the plumber, Steve, called to say when he would arrive, and he arrived on time. First thing, though, he pointed out that the faucet we purchased did not have an adaptor to make it a single hole faucet. The plate that came with the faucet would cover the holes we needed for other features, including a soap dispenser. Turns out we bought a faucet from a company that does not provide such adaptors, but Steve knew that others do. After discussing how we use our sink's features, whether to postpone the installation or find a new faucet right away, and Steve conferred with Khoi by phone, we drove in my car to two different stores to find a replacement. Steve knew what to look for, the questions to ask, and what additional parts we would need for our set-up - plus the faucet I chose was on sale and therefore cheaper than the first one I bought.

The rest of the job went smoothly though there were delays to clean out the damage caused by the old faucet's failure (a disintegrated 0 ring, apparently). Steve was pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and reported regularly to Khoi. And they did not charge me for the entire time. This is truly a company that goes the extra step for its customers.

Our problems started when we noticed a large volume of water discharging from our drainage system into the street. I contacted Lotus Plumbing because I had recently contacted Khoi about a toilet replacement. Khoi found the time to meet with me very quickly. I was impressed with how he managed to attend to our water emergency so fast, even though he was very busy. I need to say, at this point, that I had had problems with my water main 10 years before (Lotus Plumbing was not involved). It was becoming apparent that the original water line installation, constructed when this house was built in 1993, was poorly executed. Some attempts to find the leak, did not succeed. Khoi discussed with me how improvements in directional drilling technology, and flexible tubing had made it easier to install a new water main. I decided to go with the new water main. Khoi spent extra time with me because I wanted to research my options. He was very helpful. Khoi handled subcontracting to the directional driller, and the new tubing installation and hook up.
I was very happy with all aspects of how everything went. Khoi was very responsive in dealing with our emergency. I was very impressed with his professionalism. What surprised me was that the final bill was significantly cheaper than I expected.
From now on Lotus Plumbing is my plumbing contractor. As long as Khoi is in business, in this town, I see no reason to go anywhere else. And I am going to refer anyone who asks to Lotus Plumbing.

He did a quick job and very good work. He was professional and courteous. He was late but he had called me beforehand to let me know that he was running a little late so I thought that was very punctual actually. I will definitely use him again. He also gave me a quote for another job that I plan on having done In the future.

We replaced the old laminate countertops in our kitchen with granite countertops and needed to reconnect the sink, dishwasher, disposal, and water filter. Our contractor also told us that our plumbing under the sink was looking old and it would be a good idea to get it all replaced while the countertops were off. We called Khoi and he came and looked at it. Instead of replacing it all (which he could have done and made more money) he told us it looked fine and would be o.k. to leave as is. He came back a few days later and hooked everything up. He also moved the gas line behind the stove over a few inches so that the new stove we had purchased would push up against the wall. He was very friendly, worked efficiently, and arrived when he said he would.

I had made an offer on an old house and needed to have the sewer inspected (sewer scope), but this house had no clean-out. I called Lotus Plumbing based on the recommendation of a friend. Koi answered my questions and gave me an estimate on the phone. Based on my description of the job, he purchased the parts he thought he'd need and brought them when he came. He showed up on time, had the parts he needed, and charged what he quoted. He was very polite, and a good communicator. I look forward to doing more plumbing work with Lotus in the near future.

I was pleased to have the phone answered by a person right away, who made my appointment as soon as there was an opening. Khoi called to say he was running late on the day of the appointment, but that was no problem as he came about 30 minutes later. I appreciated the fact that he put covers on his shoes before entering the house and checked out the problems in the bath room before bringing in his tools. He told me that the bad smell from the drain was due to mildew from a build-up of residue under the drain cover, so all I had to do was scrub it well and clean it with bleach. (I did this later and it worked!) He then pulled the plug out of the sink to show that it was covered in a thick layer of slimy gunk from soap, etc. While I scrubbed that off, he put a long tool into the drain to check for debris but found none. Then he went under the sink to reinstall the plug. Because it was a quick visit, he only charged me for half an hour instead of the full hour, which I appreciated.

We live near his office so Khoi came by our house on the way to another job. It was quick professional and extremely helpful.

The project went great.

Having used Khoi in the past with great success, he was my first call... but getting time on his calendar can be tough. After getting an outrageous estimate from another plumber, I decided to be as flexible as necessary in letting Khoi do our work. He has a great "can do" attitude. He and Mike did a quick job putting everything together and even picked up all the debris. One small issue: On the first bath we discovered a small leak and Khoi was out within a couple days to make the adjustment.

Very very well. Khoi really thought things through and came up with a plan when he came to give an estimate. It was a simple switch of location of a washer and gas dryer, but very complicated and his price was very reasonable. He worked through the rain on the day he had to do the exterior work and in general worked quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and very knowledgeable.

Outstanding service. Needed quick service and Khoi was kind enough to book me at the end of an already full day. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonably price. I would definitely use him again.
