Rick came on a weekend as I recall on short notice, and not only got my water pressure back to .steady functioning, but helped me know what to do the next time I have a power outage, Rick was responsive, courteous, and extremely helpful, all at a reasonable charge. i' d recommend Living Water Pump to my nearest neighbor and my best friend. And Actually, I have done both.

Rick is extremely helpful and his prices are better than most. He came right out when we started getting some gravel in the water in a toilet. He explained that there was probably a hole in the pipe and it would be best to replace the pump also since it was probably damaged. When he arrived I showed him the water out of the toilet tank and it confirmed what he had said. He gave me two quotes to repair, one for finding and replacing the pipe that was leaking and one including the pump.Even though we had put a new pump in just 11 years ago we decided to replace it also rather than taking a chance that it was damaged by the gravel. He ordered the pipe and pump on a Tuesday and installed it on Thursday. He also freshened the well since the dirty water was also in the storage tanks. He has always given us the best advice and we don't ever call anyone else.
