He told me that toilet that I asked for wasn't the right kind of toilet for here and that I needed to get a different toilet and although it broke my heart because I really liked that other toilet, I haven't had any trouble since when I changed. He only charged me the difference in the potties and a trip charge.

Following Tim's instructions, I did find a possible leak, and Tim did the repairs. When he did the repairs, he pointed out a couple of other issues that could lead to excessive water use. These did not require a plumber to repair them, but we did address them and appreciated that he went above the call of duty and point these out. The result is normal water bills, too!
I definitely recommend Liberty - very highly.

It went very well, it took them a couple days it but it required new mountings, and drilling holes for the side of the house. They were very professional and had an accurate expectations on how this things would work. They charged a fair price.

He finished in 2 days! Tim is a very honest person and his team did a great job. There was some general debris left behind, and if I wasn't so amiable I probably could have asked him to come back over and clean it up. We passed inspections and are loving our rust free water.

They were on time, it was a smooth transaction, and I received excellent service.

From the start of the planning state the Liberty team demonstrated their professionalism. They are old house specialists and it really shows. They looked at the old original 1942 vintage 1/2 inch galvanized pipe, exposed in a mostly unfinished basement ceiling, and chose a different pipe routing that was less obtrusive. During the install I liked their extra touches like installing a 1 inch line from the incoming 3/4 inch water line to the water heater, because any future water line replacement would also be 1 inch. Another nice touch was adding a refrigerator ice maker connection for future use, since the current refrigerator does not have one. They removed all old galvanized plumbing. The plan had been to drill up through the floor for all new connections to the bathroom sink, 1st floor toilet, and kitchen sink, but they ended up doing that for only the kitchen sink. I consider that fine since there were access problems for the bathroom sink, and the bathroom floor is tile so drilling it for the toilet probably wouldn't have worked well. Plumbing passed inspection on first pass. Highly recommended.

Mr. Galuza was prompt, courteous and clean. He laid down tarps and took more than adequate precautions to ensure my carpet didn't get dirty. The work took about 5 days, and my house was clean at the end of every day. Mr. Galuza cut the old pipes up and recycled them in my bins. Liberty Plumbing is a company who I would readily recommend to anyone needing plumbing work.

Mr. Galuza was on time, courteous, and friendly, and told me his hourly price up front ($75 for the first hour, $65 per hour after). He performed the work quickly and he cut up the old pipes to recycle them rather than tossing them in the trash, like most plumbers do.
