The price was high for what we got. We thought we were getting custom cabinetry, but I believe it was prefinished. He also cut some corners. We were told that we were getting solid wood, and we got laminate inserts. The materials that he used were very cheap, including the glides. We unfortunately were not educated about these things beforehand. He did not measure properly in a couple places, so there are gaps. There are also other places that do not look well made. He was very rushed during the job. If I expressed being disappointed with something, he would get verbally upset. I found out after the job was finished that he was not licensed in Oregon, and we did not have any course of action because of this. He has several complaints on the BBB as well.
