Mr Lawhorn had done my kitchen previously and I was pleased with that work, however, basement project took over a year, with frequent excuses of workers not being available for my project due to other jobs. Bathroom floor was subcontracted to A-1 flooring. Floor would not stay down. Both general (Lawhorn) and sub-contractor blamed other. Eventual repair was one that Lawhorn stated he would not accept in his home, but he did not correct that or other more minor complaints I had, having been paid in full by me. Did not respond to my CCB complaint. Eventually just ignored my calls completely. Very rude, condescending, dismissive. I felt taken advantage of.
