Laurie helped me locate the house then very efficiently wrote up and explained all the paper work. She communicated well with everyone including me. At one point I needed a search for an oil tank done and the sellers didn't want the concrete drilled and patched. Laurie found someone to do a radar sweep so I got my search and the sellers got an umblemished patio.

I hadn't bought a property in 12 years and really knew very little about real estate. She helped me stay focused on my goals and offered insights from her many years of experience. Laurie spoke her mind when she had reservations about a property and looking back I really appreciate that. Buying or selling property can be pretty stressful so I feel fortunate to have found someone so grounded to work with. Because I was the buyer, I did not pay for Laurie's services.
