Made appointment; brought in RV, and they performed agreed on repairs and modifications in a timely manner.

Our refridgerator needed attention and they found and fixed the problem at less tan the quoted price. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them. My only complaint was they did not call me when the work was completed.

We received good service, our refrigerator works. However, we were overcharged. We brought in our camper at 9:05, waited for it and paid the bill at 11:05. The work was done by 10:55, give or take 2 hours of service. Somehow we were charged for 2 hours and 20 minutes of work. When I questioned this, the gent at the cash register told me they charged flat rate. When I asked more questions, his voice became louder. I really was not comfortable working with him. More than anything, our concern is about the lack of understanding and recourse. We don't feel that a question about billing should escalate.
