 + -1 moreOur refridgerator needed attention and they found and fixed the problem at less tan the quoted price. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them. My only complaint was they did not call me when the work was completed.
Description of Work: Our RV refridgerator was working poorly, they analyzed and fixed the problem.

 + -1 moreWe received good service, our refrigerator works. However, we were overcharged. We brought in our camper at 9:05, waited for it and paid the bill at 11:05. The work was done by 10:55, give or take 2 hours of service. Somehow we were charged for 2 hours and 20 minutes of work. When I questioned this, the gent at the cash register told me they charged flat rate. When I asked more questions, his voice became louder. I really was not comfortable working with him. More than anything, our concern is about the lack of understanding and recourse. We don't feel that a question about billing should escalate.
Description of Work: We own a Westfalia camper. The refrigerator would not light, and we were referred to these folks by our mechanic.
