Larry Labarre

Larry was prompt, careful and clear in his explanations of potential solutions, and of what he was doing, step by step. I learned what I needed to know about the particular problem, and more.  He was respectful of our time and resources.  AND an easy person to have in our home.  Larry is our "Go-To" Guy for any similar issues in the future.

My computer was slowing down and Larry had tweaked it a couple of times but since it was getting old, he recommended that I think about purchasing a new computer befor the current one breaks down. He offered advice on what to get, and told me where to order it to get the best deal. When it arrived I called him and he came over within a day or two and began the process of setup. The new computer came with the new Windows program and it didn't have some of the things I wanted, like specific fonts (I do a lot of printing for my business), so he found free downloads and got them. He had found of good deal on new monitor for me previously, but I didn't like it because it was so wide, so he found me a new square one that was even less expensive (apparently the square ones are rare, so I was so happy that he found it!) He set up, personalized, tweaked and worked on the computer to get it just right for me and because he spent so much time on the project he gave me a "volume discount." He took care of erasing the information on the old hard drive. Larry is really great -- I've been working wth him for about 25 years. Very dependable and knowledgeable.

I've been using Larry for about 20 years. He is indispensable. He has been known to come over the same day to fix something I need right away; he will buy software, computers and parts for me or go with me when I pick out equipment; he ALWAYS is able to get to the root of any problem and keeps me up and running. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
