They have their regular website and but they have an open box website that is really discounted and another website with deal of the day sales. I’ve ordered from all 3 and in person as well. They have a great rep named Stacey in the store on 82nd that is always helpful and so nice. They are even willing to come to your home and make suggestions of the best lighting alternatives.

I ordered a mirror which never arrived in over a month. There was only one phone call initiated by the store regarding this order. When I went into the store to ask for a credit on my credit card, there was a discussion between the sales manager and two associates in front of me regarding the problems they incurred in getting the mirror. Not once was I addressed directly. It was as if I did not exist. Not once was an apology given to my face by this Store Manager nor the salesperson who initially rang up the order. Not once was there the slightest effort on the part of this Store Manager to satisfy me, the customer. He was flippant, rude and made it clear he had better things to do. I did receive the credit with the help of another salesperson. She managed to mumble a 'I'm sorry about this' before my husband and I left the store.
