I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company and my warranty needs. Even after the expiration of my warranty they are willing, with an acceptable fee, to continue providing service to me. The service representatives work right in my home and only once have they had to take it in. I think it's so nice that they will still work on my chair after the warranty expiration. They provide this service to all of their chairs. That's a good thing.

The decorator measured my room and we went back and picked out furniture that would fit. I didn't like a few pieces that they replaced. It was no problem, they were wonderful.

The sales part of it was just fine. Where they let us down a bit was in getting the chair to us and follow-up. It seemed like they forgot about us. When I called back after waiting a week, it appeared the chair had been in the warehouse. We then had to wait another week for delivery. I guess I had expected them to be on top of this, but they weren't. No apologies from them. Could not get a return call from our salesperson. I had to call a number of times, talking to whomever I could find.
