handyman service
 + -1 moreRoger is prompt, calls ahead to confirm you are there. Seems versatile enough to do small jobs to larger jobs and will tell you up front if it is too big a project. I have had to pay a $75.00 charge just to have a handyman come out, he comes out for no charge and gives you the cost of the job on the spot. We are all trying to save money and still repair things and he is a definite solution for that. I heard about him through a friend and wanted to share this with others who might need help.
Description of Work: I had some leaking near two skylights and had had the roof repaired, but there was plaster and water stains on the ceilings in family room and bathroom. He repaired and fixed the celing so that you could not tell or see where the damage had been. I also am having him fix my china cabinet as the lights in it are not working and a automatic garage door that does not work anymore. He is very reasonable for all these tasks and gets them done right away. There will be an additional charge but nominal and he will have everything done asap.
