i have been with this company for about 8 years and can't take it anymore. Koldkist purchased the company from Culligan a few years ago and it was OK for a while. Now that Koldkist has been purchased by another conglomerate, they are awful. They absolutely NEVER show up on time and when you call to complain, no one really seem to care. My advise is "Do not wast your time using them". You will spend more time in frustration waiting for them to show up, or in phone calls to a voice mail. Worst of all, since your empty bottles sit outside for days, you will end up chasing then down the street when when the wind blows. (I'm not kidding). The drivers are always nice but don't last long in their jobs. You never see the same one more than twice.

THE WORK PERFORMED WAS PERFECT AND OUR SERVICEMAN RAN INTO SEVERAL CHALLENGES IN MOVING AND RECONNECTING OUR CULLIGAN PRODUCTS. HE WAS ABLE TO FIND A COST EFFECTIVE SOLUTION THAT DID NOT INTERFERE WITH THE COSMETICS OF OUR HOME.
