Horrific company... they took over our contract the last couple months we lived on the property... they and the predator landlords that own the house lied on a bunch of "damages" they claimed we're on the property... It is very obvious that the company/landlords look to take advantage of renters to upgrade the property on the renters dime and not their own... maybe they are better with other properties and maybe our situation is Landlord driven... But do NOT rent the property on 5035 N. Minnesota Ave. in Portland... not unless you like invasive Landlord's driving around the property peeking over the fence... Making unannounced visits... Because that happened too. Their Maintenance Guy, who would stop by on occasion... Even told us that they make cheap repairs that don't last to save money despite multiple attempts at suggesting they do better repair work.... Nightmare property.
Description of Work: The landlords refused to do the necessary upkeep on the house, then try to over charge the tenants when they move out to do the necessary upkeep that they refuse to pay for

I use KJK Properties, P.C. The last time I used their services was January 30th of this year, 2016. They manage both of these properties since I'm guessing maybe 2000. In Portland it was at least earlier than 2000, Vancouver was in 2005 we started the management because that's when we purchased that. Since we moved out here they've done things needed to be done, you know, there contract stated, you know, $500 and if you were under $500 they would take care of automatically and they would just let us know and get the bill and they would have $500 in escrow and if it would go over that payment they would give me an estimate. They gave me an estimate for windows in the Portland house and I didn't like it, the estimate was poorly done, didn't tell me what kind of windows they were going to use, he didn't give me enough information. I told him I wanted a quote that was specific, you know, are they double window, single window, I mean why would I just say okay for such an expensive thing and not knowing if you have double windows.
Description of Work: They do my property management because I have a home in Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington that are our rental properties.
