Kitt Prett is a particularly good realtor. She is with the Columbia Realtors. She is the person to deal with. She not only found me a house next to my grandchildren, but she also persuaded the bank to give a $20, 000 reduction because of the condition of the house. And she also gave us capable people to do the restoration of the house. She knew an electrician, furnace people, plumber, excavation people, roofers. She goes beyond the service of a real estate agent. She has a sharp eye for the future value of a house.
