The employee who came in February to dig out the stumps was great. He was careful and conscientious. He thought he might have cut into an irrigation hose and was able to repair one that he cut. We couldn't turn the system on to see if there were other leaks, so he said they would come back and fix the leaks if some showed up after we turned the system on. When we turned the system on three months later, there was a major leak where he had dug out the stumps. I contacted Key Concepts to arrange for someone to come and make the repairs. Rather than believe me, the person told me they couldn't be sure the problem was due to their work. I told them I wasn't trying to get something for nothing and that I had been promised a repair if it turned out they had done damage. Finally, I was told they would be 2 weeks out so I asked if I could be put on their books then. No response. They never showed up or called or tried to fix their mistake.

Errin and his team did a great job. He had a cancellation in his schedule so he called and was able to come a week earlier. I appreciated him thinking about coming sooner, then just taking the time off.

The work was extremely well done and Erin and his creww were easy to work with. Only problem was that they were originally scheduled to come on Friday and finish Sat. They didn't come Friday or Sat and didn't call. They came on Sun and said would finish Mon. No show Mon and not until Tues afternoon. Finally finished Wed morning. Would not have been a problem if they had just notified me. I had told them it had to be done by Thurs and it was.

My three larel hedges are trimmed beautifully providing an elegant front from the busy traffic of my street and extra privacy between me and my neighbor. They trimmed the heather and the ground-covering surrounding my rose bushes. The dug up the front yard, removing that awful plastic stuff some landscaper's use to deter weeds. The Camellia tree had been so overgrown, it needed a "haircut". When trimmed, you could tell the grow was all on the outside of the limbs because no sun had been able to penetrate its interior. With a newly mulched front yard, I can look forward to a beautiful planting season this fall. The hedges reach twenty feet on one side of my driveway, so this is a huge undertaking, requiring ladders that are at least sixteen feet in length. The clean-up and removal of the shorn leaves and branches is an ordeal. Then they removed the old sod and along with it two layers of plastic netting that holds all that sod together. Next came the tilling of the soil, and the installation of a new kind of weed retardant cloth before two and a half yards of river rock were moved into place. It was a huge job that took up the efforts of Errin's four-man team.? I'm over-the-moon about the results. It was relatively inexpensive to have all these things done. I sat in my illuminated garden last Saturday and marveled over how good things looked. Erin Jacobs delivered as he has these past few years. I'm very happy with the work he and his team put in. Now my yard looks as good outside as the interior of the house does.

Key Concepts helped me clean up my entire yard. they cleaned the moss off the roof, cleaned out the gutters, cut the top layer off of the grass (weeds, really) so we could start fresh on the yard. They power washed the driveway and walkways, trimmed the trees and bushes. It made all the difference! They were VERY professional, reasonable, nice and easy to work with. All in all, it was a very stress-free way to get my yard back on track. I highly recommend this company and their entire staff!

Errin was wonderful. He returned my call for a bid right away and met me soon after. He made cost-effective recommendations and gave me an itemized, written bid shortly after. He and his crew did a very high quality job--no complaints at all. I will definitely hire him again.
