Keepsake Family Tree Video

I found Keepsake by their website. I was new in town and wanted to get to know my neighbors, so I offered to meet Lorelei at her home office. She quickly felt like a wonderful new friend. I handed her a huge pile of printed photographs in all sorts of sizes and shapes. I wanted them all scanned and trimmed and upright and in individual digital files so I could build a digital family photo album without spending weeks processing the photographs. Keepsake had all the right equipment and knew exactly what I needed. She delivered exactly when she said by driving right to my door personally, for a price that was well worth the job to me. I would hire her again in a minute, and recommend her service to anyone else. I look forward to working with her again soon.

Lorelei was very nice & explained the process.  The slide show needed to be clearly marked because I put the wrong one in my dvd player.

I have had friends who mailed off their baby pictures or wedding photos to a remote company, only to find out they have been sent elsewhere for processing and then LOST! So I was very glad to find Keepsake Family Tree Video here in Portland. They have a home-based business, so you're dealing with the person who will be doing the work, and it never leaves their office. The owners are very nice and professional, and care about the quality of their work.
We had a shoe-box full of VHS-C and digital tapes from 1997 onward, and all I did was label them in order, they did all the work. What a relief to have them in digital format now on DVD's so we can watch them any time. We have watched several and they turned out great, even better than I expected given the age of the tapes. The price was less than I had anticipated too, and better than most online companies I found.

Dave was awesome! I called ahead to ask if they could transfer an old out-of-print album I purchased on eBay to a CD.
He said he could and even quoted me less than was I was expecting. Super nice guy, amazing service, price, and speed!
I will definitely be going back again when I'm ready to start getting my VHS tapes transferred onto DVDs.

It was a real pleasure meeting them and they were very personable while still being professional. I was told exactly what would be done, how it would be done and the cost. They cleaned my family films, put them on to DVD's with their own cases. A master DVD was also made. They labeled the DVD cases and got the job done early!! They truly created keepsakes for all my family members!!

Perfect! Very accommodating to meeting me when I needed. Good communication with the owner. The process only took a few days ( much better than waiting for a month or more for an online service) The DVDs came back in a nice compact case with general labels for identification. When I went to pick them up I had found a few more tapes with no identification and he took the time to view them so that I could see what was on them and make another DVD and then offered to mail the final one back to me - saving me a trip to Gresham. Quality varies, but I am sure that is a result of what goes in, not his process. I am happy with the result and looking forward to sharing many lost memories with my family.

They digitized old family film from Super 8mm format and gave me a master tape and a DVD with all the films on it. They were knowledgable, helpful and professional. They didn't ask for any money up front and finished the work in a week when they said they would. They were extremely helpful and did a very professional job. I was impressed with their service since it is a home based business and they allowed me to come by on a Saturday.
