Kathy Markham

Kathy has been painting interiors for 20+ years, she originally came to our home and walked through the areas we needed painted and gave us a thorough estimate.. She gave us the option of purchasing the paint ourselves, or she could purchase it up from our preferred paint supplier. She is more than happy to offer advice , as to quality paint products if needed. This is the second time (three years apart) Kathy has painted an open concept, kitchen/dining room/living room and hallway that has numerous angles, built-ins and cabinetry a very difficult area. She also painted a huge bonus room, that has high cielings and many difficult angles with a stairway that is two stories high. She is an incredibly talented painter, her lines are immaculate. She makes sure that everything is done to perfection. When she notices that something needs to be fixed (ie: dent in the wall, missing caulking) she takes it upon herself to do so, without you even noticing. She keeps everything organized and finds solutions for difficult , painting issues. She works with you to make sure that while doing her job it is not intrusive to you living in your home. She is very professional, and is willing to work with you as to days and times, she understands busy schedules. We have owned many homes and done most of the painting ourselves, Kathy has changed that for us, she makes it so easy to have someone in our home painting, she is a very nice person!
