He did a perfect job. This is the second time I've used his services and it will not be the last time. He did what I asked him to do.

I called Kevin and made arrangements for him to pick up the cassettes and one VLC CD to be updated to a CD that I can run on my Mac. I was in no hurry so I told Kevin two weeks was ok for the CD. He had it finished within a week. When he dropped the CD off we reviewed the video. I was more than satisfied as the video was much better quality from the cassette and the VLC CD. Excellent work.

He arrived on time, got me set up, explained everything to me, answered questions, and left...all in a very timely manner. He was very professional. And reasonable. I had some credit left with him from previous visits. I am happy.

I tried to run a systems diagnostic on my computer and things went from bad to worse. I turned to Kevin because I had hired him in the past to help me get my programs installed. He arrived precisely on time, sat down at the computer, listened to my computer problems, and immediately got to work diagnosing and then cleaning up files and making my computer run in a more streamlined fashion.

Kevin was on-time for appointment, quickly assessed and understood problems and carefully described his recommended actions before making the changes. The result was, what appeared to me, a more reliable set-up for the intended use, without sacrificing speed and communication capabilities. I would have avoided much cost and frustration if I had someone like him set it up in the first place.

Kevin arrived on time and was very professional and pleasant. I listed all my computer troubles, and also complained about my internet connection - which had been working very intermittently and I was pretty frustrated - ready to switch from DSL to cable. I knew this was not his problem and was just venting, but he took it on. He looked into my phone wiring and found that it had been wired wrong. (We had hired an electrician to add some phone lines and I suspect they were kind of flaky.) He got it up and running - a major relief not having to go to more expense and trouble with dealing with the cable folks. He then transferred my files from the old computer to the new one, showed me how to clean up the old one so that I can donate it later, and showed me a few helpful features on my new computer. Unfortunately, my external drive is most likely dead - but he contacted the company and made sure I was on warranty and got a replacement process started. I know that I may have been able to figure out a lot of these things myself, but the time I would have had to spend figuring it all out, on top of the frustration and possibility of messing things up (which I had done a little with deleting files I shouldn't have) - all added up to way more than the short time Kevin was able to do it. He was also very patient. This is important. The last thing a partial Luddite needs is to be scolded or made to feel foolish with their lack of computer know-how, AND (!) I was telling him about all the other stuff I was working on in the house and mentioned that I would have to hire a plumber because our bathroom sink was leaking - and he fixed it! Talk about service.

I'm pretty computer literate, but switched from a PC to a Mac and realized that I needed some help adjusting. After struggling for a bit I broke down and called a professional to get my stuff set up. I found Kevin Ginger. Kevin was great. He walked me through all the stuff I wanted to know and answered all of my questions. He was very knowlegable and easy to talk to.

Kevin is just what I needed: prompt, knowledgeable and experienced. He does not disappoint!

Kevin Ginger arrived on time, was very respectful of our property and our concerns, and familiar with and knowledgeable about our network configurations. He was able to pinpoint our problems rapidly and to fix them with dispatch, with clear and understandable explanations. We would certainly call on him again.

I sell DSL service to both residential and business customers. I have used Kevin on many occasions to setup the DSL modem, wifi networks, or dialup networking for new customers.
