I received a return call even before office hours. Thank you!! Jones Mobile was able to clear the check engine light in addition to fixing the blown radiator hose. Jones Mobile arrived on time, communicated the plan for repair, fixed my car here at my house while I worked remote and charged me a wonderfully fair price!!! I recommend Jones Mobile Auto and will be calling them again for my repair and maintenance needs.

Our old bronco sat for almost a year due to new baby and we needed it out of the garage to get garage door replaced. Larry was easy to schedule with. Came on a Saturday to diagnose issue, fee was $70ish. Then we started replacing parts till the car was running. Our driveway made it impossible to get a tow and we found that Larry's rates were very reasonable. For us the fact that we didn't have to deal with a tow truck (we have aaa so would have been membership paid free tow) or going to a shop made working with Larry totally worth it! He was punctual, flexible and reasonable. We asked him about the cost before proceeding with the work and he was always forthright.

Larry came to my home to troubleshoot car issues and do some routine maintenance. He ended up replacing spark plugs, replaced rear brake pads, replaced front pads & rotors, flushed coolant system, oil change, changed cabin air filter, changed engine air filter, checked & tightened belts. All work was done to my satisfaction. Having the work done at my home on my schedule is very convenient.

Kept calling to reschedule. Had a helper with him who was always on the phone. When Iowa spilled I eceived no paper work. Have called twice trying get it for a breakdown of parts and labor. Still have not received it.

Larry answered my call and came out within a few hours ,assessed my vehicle and fixed everything I asked him to . This was my first Angielist call and Im definately glad I signed up. I plan on using Larrys services again and have already reccomended him to a friend. Going back to work so quickly as opposed to leaving my truck in the shop for an unknown numer of days saved me a lot of money.

They showed up when scheduled and replaced the alternator and charged what was estimated in about 3-4 hours. When we drove the car immediately afterwards the battery light came on and stayed on. We called and they returned and tried to trouble shoot the issue, but after a couple of hours informed us that they had to look up wiring diagrams and would return the next day. (Which was new years day). They returned as promised and brought another brand new alternator. After testing everything they could, they swapped out the alternator and everything worked perfectly. They did not charge anything more than the original amount paid. I would use them again. The only issue was communication - they did not report to us what was going on; we had to go ask. Also, they didn't test drive the car the first day before leaving. I don't know if that is something that is normally done, but had it been done they would have realized there was a problem before they left. I would actually award an A- because of this, but overall they did what was promised, guaranteed the work, and stuck with it until it was done.

Larry was professional from the first phone call. Over the phone, he gave me a rough estimate of price, which was very, very good. We made arrangements for two days later for the work to be done. Larry arrived exactly on time at my house and went to work immediately. He seemed very conscientious, honest and skilled as a mechanic. He was respectful, pleasant and easy-going. When he was finished with the car, he gave me the bill, which was a little higher than I anticipated, but well within a reasonable range. He itemized the cost, to the penny, of each part purchased so it was easy to separate his labor charges from the costs of parts. I really appreciated his taking the time to itemize this things so I could see exactly what I got and why I go the final charge I received. It was all completely reasonable! I would ask him to fix any car of mine that needed repair. He was honest, quick, hard-working and reliable. I plan to tell several of my female friends about his services, just in case they don't want to to the "dealership" option and don't know a trustworthy mechanic. I can tell you that the final charge on the repair job was less than half of the dealership's quote, and Larry did more work (I added on a few items after I told the dealership to forget it!)

I called Larry for a bid to install my parts and he gave me a bid over the phone of $450. (Shop was going to charge $780). When he arrived, I asked him to also install my brake calipers and bleed the system. He said it would only be an extra $25. Larry showed up on time with his helper and they did the job with no problems.

Larry was GREAT! He went to the owner's site to inspect and made an extra trip to me the next morning to deliver invoice, accomodating my schedule. I highly recommend this guy for women car owners; very friendly and did not talk down to me or toss out mechanical jargon without explanation. Very friendly on the phone and in person. It was a great price for a pre-purchase inspection. I'm definitely calling this guy for future service.
