Do you know what it's like to completely trust and have faith in a contractor? I never did until I met John. He showed up faithfully, on-time and even worked weekends. He worked throughout the day and did not waste time. He was straight-forward, asked for my opinions and confirmed my wishes before he proceeded. John returned my call promptly and I told him approximately what I had in mind and the price I wanted to pay. I wanted a separate storage space, an attractive laundry room, with an enclosed closet for my cat litter box, and a large den area where quests could stay. The basement previously had stains in the concrete from my three cats, wires, pipes and other crap overhead, it was dark, and had no storage whatsoever. I had no idea what it should look like or what it COULD LOOK LIKE. John turned this ugly area that many contractors turned down, into a beautiful, finished place that I want to spend time in. All for a great price, honest labor, and reliable service.

We have been so pleased with the design and quality of his work. Needless to say, he's very reasonable in price, and he's helped improve the quality of our apartments. He has a degree in art, I think. He's worked in the homes of some of our family members as well, but not ours because we haven't had the need. We would hire him right away if we did. He's always courteous.
