"Thank you for your recent feed back Ms./Mrs. [Member Name Removed]. First of all I would like to apologize for any inconvenience that I might have caused you. The information that you have provided to Angie's List upon purchasing the deal did not include any contact number to reach you except for an email address. I sent you several emails and have not heard back from you. Unfortunately, I am unable to just show up at your home without your permission. Bottom line, I want to provide you with the services that you paid for with Angie's List and I am reaching out one more time to get your contact number so we can discuss what the best time and day that would work with your schedule. Please contact me at (503) 545-0001 or email me at my Angie's List provided email address"
"Due to weather conditions this winter and getting slammed with a huge response (I had over 15 in the 1st week) I had to reschedule some of my customers. My apologies for the wait as I was kinda overwhelmed and still catching up. Angie's List had put my coverage way beyond my request and way beyond a reasonable distance. I appreciate everyones patience. Some of you didnt leave a phone # making contact to schedule a time and date a challenge. I'll do my best to get everyones garage door taken care of. Thank you all for helping my business succeed."
