They answered all my question, they were very nice and respectful.

It was a very good experience. They were punctual. I thought they were reasonable in price. They were very efficient. They got it all done and they cleaned up and everything.

We had a few other quotes, found Joe's competitive and enjoyed working with Joe (at initial quote). We were told the windows were going to be ordered (in March). We provided a 50% deposit. After calling for weeks for an installation date, we were told they needed to do measurements again. We patiently waited while they did measurements again (!!!) in May. We are now calling for the third week in a row for an installation date. The front desk never knows what is going on, says they are going to call back and/or some days you just get a recording. We are now at the point that we are fighting for a refund for the deposit because we have no faith that we will see the windows. Really disappointing.

Fine. Work performed as expected

We had problem opening and closing our glass patio door so we called Joe's glass. The person answered the phone was very friendly. She got us scheduled for the very next day. Trentin and Casy showed up right on time and were very helpful explaining situation and what needed to be done. They were friendly and professional. They did a great job replacing the track and roller. Now our door slide so much better. And they even gave the tips of how to maintain it. We'll definitely use this company again. They're very responsive, have great customer service and provide good quality work.

They came on time to order the right glass and put it in. It was a large old double hung widow on the second story of an old house. 
I have used them 5-6 times through the years and the jobs always go well.  They know what glass to put where.

I called Joe's Glass. I didn't remember who installed it. Yesterday I talked to Chris who arranged for the installation. One of his installers was installing the doors without the "gutter." Since then that installer has been told to install with the "gutter" every time and not to worry about stubbed toes, etc. Chris said he'd send someone out today to fix the installation so there would be no leak from now on. Today Flavio came and installed new plastic strip with gutter and silicone to fill in the gaps. He said not to use the shower for 24 hours. It went quite fast. ie. about 20 minutes. Flavio told me it would not leak anymore! I was happy for the quick response. Shawna and Elizabeth at Joe's Glass arranged for Chris to call me about this quick repair. Tomorrow I will see if there's any leakage but I'm confident there will not be any. I am happy that there was not a long wait and that they took care of the problem promptly.

Overall I was very pleased with my experience with Joe's Glass. I needed 3 exterior windows replaced that had issues in functionality and appearance. I was up against a deadline to get these in due to other work needing to be done. Joe's was one of 3 calls I made to Glass/Window companies and was by far the one who made me feel like they wanted the job and most willing to work with my tight schedule. They had someone out within 2 days to bid the work and they were professional and thorough in reviewing my needs and giving me options. I selected the windows which had to be special ordered taking about 2 weeks and there was follow-up on at least 2 occasions keeping me updated and setting an installation time. Windows made it by the time promised and on the day of my appointment crew of 2 showed up on time. They were friendly and filled me in on the scope of the work. I was able to observe much of the work and the attention to detail in the prep, actual install and the clean-up was excellent. My sliding glass door was nearly inoperable.  I called Joe's Glass and arranged  and an inspection and repair date.

The worker were right on time. The workers attempted to fix the door without removing the door but the rollers were

too badly damaged and they removed the door and replaced the rollers. I  appreciated their efforts to save me the additional

costs of removing the door and replacing the rollers. They also responded to my questions and offered advice on properly

maintaining the door. 

On time. Very professional. Kept us informed on progress of installation. Quality work.

The guys arrived on time and in a van with the company logo.  They were friendly, and hard working.  The work was completed in the time frame that they expected as well.  I would recommend these guys to anyone.

All work done from the outside; scrape out old caulk, remove broken glass, replace with new and caulk. Fast, efficient, clean, affordable. Two polite young men did the job (one the son of the owner). Excellent work.

Joe came promptly and gave us a very reasonable bid compared to the others we called . He was able to replace the outer pane in our 40 year old conversion slider. He showed up at the appointed time and he and his helper replaced the door glass. They were professional at all times and he cleaned up the broken glass and hauled it away. Joe is easy and enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

He was phenomenal. They had to come back and finish because there was quite a bit entailed. They're also going to remove my rear slider and reframe it because the person that installed it initially didn't do it correctly. They were incredibly honest. They were communicating things throughout the entire project. He knew that I was working with a budget and he did everything that he could including giving me options with everything that he found as far as how to stay within budget. I went a little over budget with the extra damage that you couldn't see because once you get the windows out, that's when you can see the interior damage and what not. But, aside from that, it was a wonderful experience with them.

Ken did the work. He was prompt and professional, and took the time to explain the technical aspects of the window. Turns out he even taught a course of windows at one time. He was extremely knowledgeable. The installation was very quick and he even waited while I had the main office send some paper work. The price was affordable and the work was done well. Don't waist your time with larger window companies.

He came first to give us a bid and assess the door. Called back with the amount and set an appointment with us. He was on time and did a really nice job. Very nice guy, professional and cleaned up before he left. I will definitely call them again if we have a similar issue.

It was a good service. They came out and fixed it really quick. Came out on the estimate for replacing several other windows.

This company was recommended to us by several sources. Originally I thought we would have to replace the entire window. They came out and took a look, and decided they could easily change just the glass on the affected side. They came out quickly, and were able to schedule the work for just a few days later. They arrived on time, completed the work quickly, and we are absolutely delighted with the quality of product. You would never know the glass was replaced. Their final price was even a few dollars less than the original estimate. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and pleasant... their office assistant, the estimator, and the actual installer were all completely professional and friendly. I will most definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Joe was super nice and he returned our phone call prompyly, gave us an estimate and was out the next day to fix the window! He told us everything he does is guaranteed for a year at least!
