Window Treatment Service
Professional was asked, "if there were problems, would she return to help." and the answer was yes. I've tried to contact her several times by phone, leaving messages. She will not return my calls. Additionally, she talked constantly during the entire installation which was hours and days. She damaged window sills and dropped hammers which left indentations on the wood window seat and said nothing. She made holes in the wood and never told me. The roman shades are inferior and have wrinkles throughout the fabric. When asked about suggestions for more solid treatments(linning), she was adamant that there would be no need. The sun comes in the windows and the current light fabric is not enough to keep the light out.
