Our parents have lived in the same house for more than 50 years, raising six of their own kids plus five other children there. While the house was generally sound, some of the electrical and other construction were no longer to code. With many family members involved, some of us anticipated that selling the family home would be one of the most difficult and time consuming chores of closing the estate.
Theresa and Judy were terrific. They explained the process, kept everyone informed (and on board) and quickly sold the house for the price we wanted.

The deal happened very quickly. I only dealt with him twice, he was fine. I decided to use him because he was the first one to respond, he was not the first one I tried to contact. He also dealt with condominiums.
