Jim discovered the problem and made the appropriate repair.  He finished in a short time.

Jim was very professional and friendly. Gave us a thorough education on what was needed and different materials and techniques that we could use. When we decide to do the pool in the future, Joe will definitely be a candidate.

It went okay, it's just that a lot of problems happened like you unexpectedly had to go to the hospital to have something done and it's just got done a lot longer than I hope it would. They had to resurface the area underneath where liner goes, make some repairs on that and install a liner and anything else that was missing in the pool. My husband called and they came out and we just hit it off with him. He was very, very good. He was very professional about what he do and that's kind of what we liked.

They were very nice and did a good job. I was very happy with them.

Work was don very wel from start to finish

Jim had to instal extra material to get the white coating to thoroughly hide the old blue coating. He also had to do some corrective work because the coating had some problems with bubbling. He stayed with it until he was sure it would be a good durable coating. It looks very nice and my wife and I are very happy with the result.

This is the only company that said they would paint pools instead of replastering. All the other companies said it's a bad idea (even though that was initially what we were interested in due to cost). The competition says that it doesn't last, you can get sharp edges where it starts to peel, bad for kids and more. This company said that the only reason they say that is because they don't do it and he does. But he also will re-plaster too. So I'm not sure what to believe there. The other companies were definitely more convincing that it wasn't smart, than he was convincing that it was smart. He says it will last at least 10 years, but he'll only warranty it for 2 so that's a bit suspicious.
