The original construction project was fine - no complaints. But less than seven months later, one of the support beams was warped and bending. We first contacted Mr. Pacheco via email about this situation on 9.26.18, but as of the date of this review (1.27.19) neither Jerry or any of his associates have responded. Due to the nature of the home based business here, construction of the wrap around was required by the county who will surely demand that this warped support beam be repaired. So now we're left looking for a different contractor to do the repair. Since it is apparent that this outfit DOES NOT stand behind their work, we cannot recommend Jerrys Remodeling. The Oregon Commercial Contractors Board has also been notified of the situation.

He came out and gave me a quote, had a schedule set up for the next day. He came out and immediately started working on it. The deck looks nice. One of the boards could have been cut a little straighter. He was really nice and pleasant to talk to.
