Job 1: I met Jeff while buying my new home in SW Portland. He turned out to be a very hard worker and an excellent communicator, which I value above all else. He helped me with pricing and was willing to drive around to many comps before settling on a price. Through the whole process, he was constantly in touch and always returned my phone calls quickly. I feel he earned his commission through hard work and a very good understanding of the transaction. Job 2: Very good. I have worked with Jeff before and his hard work makes him invaluable. He had to work harder this time as the market wasn't as favorable, but as with my last transaction, he was always there when I needed him and did a great job of marketing the home.
