My wife and I met with Kyle in August of 2013. We wanted to remodel our kitchen but we were having difficulty envisioning possibilities. Kyle brought in his designer, Jan West, to help us. We have a relatively small space for our kitchen and I thought that there wasn't much we could do to make an improvement or even change the layout. With our input Jan and Kyle came up with a design that we became very excited about. Next, they helped us select colors and materials and introduced us to all the right people to help with decisions about appliances, cabinet details, surface details, etc. We thought that the selection and decision-making process was going to be painful and tedious but it turned out that Kyle and Jan's guidance and professionalism actually made the process quite fun. I'm the kind of detail oriented person that usually feels I have to be involved in every step to make sure that everythig is done right. It didn't take us long to realize that I could just relax and trust Jan and Kyle to tend to the details for me. Before the demolition started Kyle gave us a time line so we would know what to expect. It turned out that his itinerary was very accurate. The work areas were always left neat and clean at the end of each work day. Kyle made sure that all of the sub-contractors were punctual and that they understood the job. Jan knew when to be there to make sure that the artistic touches were done correctly. The whole project was completed ahead of schedule and it turned out better than we could have imagined. The process was easy and fun. I actually wish that we had another project to do with them!
