I wrote an amazing story about having my house sold back in June 2017 which was posted on Zillow.com. I could not believe that I am writing my housing story sequels so soon. Please allow me to share my awesome experience of working with Jan, Daniel and David, the McDuffee Property Group, Jan and her team just helped me have my house sold in June, less than two months ago. I not only got the keys to my new place in mid August but also almost finished moving by early September . I had been following my desired condo community for 4 years straight. My dream units are not easy to get, especially in such a hot housing market. I thought it would take at least a whole year to get one. With Jan and her team, miracles do arrive so much sooner and my dream of living in a simpler lifestyle has come true. From being a seller to a buyer, the ball games are totally different. I am glad that Jan and her team led me through each step with complete trust and confidence. First of all, I admired Jan’s strategy. Having sold the single house with a top dollar had made me a very strong buyer. Secondly, Jan’s great connection to her field and deep knowledge to the market played a critical role on the whole transaction. Many times, Jan informed me which units might be available before the listings were even posted. Her team and her showed me the units way before other buyers arrived. Extensive market analysis led to competitive yet strong offers. It was such a rewarding experience to work with Jan and her team and learn so much through the bidding wars. Despite of the fact that we lost our first bid, Jan helped me obtain a better deal on my second trial. Jan submitted my offers in the right timing so that the sellers could not use my offers as bargain tools to leverage with other buyers. I am so amazed by how fast Jan could adjust our offers based on the offer submission situations. For examples, in our 1st bid, there were multiple stronger buyers, Jan advised me to drop certain requirements to keep me in the race. In our 2nd bid, since we had less competitors, she required more benefits for me, such as home warranty etc... Jan did an excellent negotiation job and we worked really late that night till the buyer accepted our offer. I truly appreciate the dedication of Jan’s team and her. They have given me a brand new start which is priceless. The big fan of Jan :).
