They delivered the flowers the same day, with very little notice and the feedback I got on them was very positive

We ordered over the phone from Kentucky (calling to Portland, OR). The person we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The flowers were delivered when asked, and we were told that the bouquet was beautiful and fresh. The recipient seemed happy with the flowers, and we were happy with our interaction with the representative when we called to order.

The lady who took the order was polite and the transaction was handled smoothly. I heard from one of the recipients that the arrangement was beautiful.

It was a great experience. They called me to confirm the order, and when my wife got sick and didn't go to work that day, they re-routed at the last minute to deliver the flowers to our home. They are great!

The store called me after I entered a web order to confirm the order. The quality of the roses far exceeds that I've experienced with typical FTD-affiliated florists. One week later and the flowers still look healthy!

I was pleased to find out they were open on Saturday and even Sunday, too. I walked up, rang their bell, and Patricia greeted me at the door. She kindly invited me in and provided excellent customer service throughout. I let her know what I was looking for, she showed me what they had in their cooler which was perfect for the occasion. I was able to get a large vase arrangement for a very reasonable price. I was very pleased with the service from beginning to end and will use Jacobsen's in the future, as well as recommend them to others.

They have excellent customer service. They called to confirm the order after they received the fax. The roses they delivered were on time, with a small box of chocolates and a small truffle that I did not expect. My girlfriend absolutely loved the arrangement. Thanks for the great service.
