I visited their showroom a couple of times to look at granite slabs for our kitchen remodel. They were very professional. They were a little over-busy the first time I went, and it took some time to get someone to show me around their warehouse (they don't let you walk through on your own, which I like about other places like Oregon Tile & Marble). When I walked through, someone was with me the whole time, which wasn't my favorite thing. Their slabs were beautiful though, and priced well. When I came back with my husband we were given a longer leash. They also accommodated us by letting us choose and hold a specific set of slabs (using their big machines to move them and let us look), even though we didn't have an appointment, which is normally required for that.

I've been into the showroom several times and they are always friendly and knowledgeable. They do not sell to the general public, so you need to have a contractor buy them for you. I have a friend who is a contractor who went in with me.
