It was a great experience. Lots of comments on the new roof. The crew was very quick and hard working. The super is or, Antonio, was super friendly and accommodating. Estimator, Sean, was very personable and knew his material. Tresa, in the office, felt like a friend of the family. Really enjoyed the experience!

Rude?. Did not want to come out and troubleshoot the leak in our roof. Exact quote from person who answered the phone "We can not run around town giving estimates for repairs with out charging" Not a customer friendly policy. Thankfully, I found many other companies that are willing to come take a look and help us out. One of these companies will get our business when we do decide to replace our roof in two years ?..NOT Interstate!

When I called to make an appointment, I was told a scheduler would get back to me in a week. I received a call from and eventually talked to an estimator. He came to my house on 7-10 to do the estimate. I have still not heard back from him and have no estimate. I have hired another company to replace my roof and the job has been completed to my complete satisfaction.

We got solar panels and the solar panel company paid for the roof. We only had to pay for half of the roof because the solar panel company paid for the other half. It was excellent. It took them 2 days. We were very happy with it. The quality was very high.

Small issue with lack of communication but otherwise there were no issues. Work is clean and very professional. Cleanup was about average with only a few small spots that needed to be picked up. The crew worked even in heavy rain and still finished on time.

They gave a good bid. It was kind of in the middle of the pack as far as price. They have some good options and it looks great.

I obtained 4 bids for service to replace my roof. Interstate Roofing came out to my house (Tom S) and was very helpful to me when deciding which type of roof to choose as well as educate me on "overbuilding features" based on what I thought I needed in our climate. Together, we designed a new roofing system (replaced shingles and 1/2 of the plywood due to mold damage) which included synthetic underlayment (instead of felt), ice and water shield in the valleys as well as metal valley flashing. There was never any pressure to "upgrade"; any upgrades were items I wanted before I even met with the company. Their bid form was the most comprehensive of all of the companies I spoke with not to mention the knowledge that their representative had in roofing projects. Interstate Roofing's customer service is second to none. They answered all the questions and did their best to accommodate me and my schedule. I am working to get all of my neighbors to use them in the future for their roof replacements because I was so happy with Interstate Roofing's service.

They were conservative about sheet replacement which was a concern we had. They did not take advantage of trying to sell us something we did not need and they did a great job installing the material. Our new roof looks great! They were very open to individual ideas we had about aesthetic changes, very accommodating. There were some mistakes made by the field crew, but they were corrected right away and even did some additional small things to help us out. All staff was very pleasant to work with and very customer service oriented. The crew was fast, safe and polite. They did not destroy one plant or damage anything below the roof and left everything clean as they found it. The crew was considerate and very pleasant to work with and worked hard to get the job done while the weather was good (which we had requested). I like the fact that they installed permanent fall protection anchors so that I am safe when I have to get onto the roof to clean it. They also were the lowest bid we received for the same work. Great company and I highly recommend them!

We selected Interstate Roofing to replace our cedar shake roof with a composite roof in October. We worked with many people at Interstate Roofing during our roofing project. They gave us good customer service through all the stages of our project. We found them to be professional and courteous. Scott Cannon estimated the cost of replacing our roof. He was great to work with. He kept us informed on the start date of our project and answered all our questions. He also followed up with us at the completion of the project. Teresa Pate was also good to work with. She gave us a good understanding of the process. The people at Interstate Roofing prepared our attic space so it remained free of debris while they replaced our roof. Julio and his crew worked to ensure our roof was replaced before it rained. We recommend Interstate Roofing for your next roofing project.

Everything went pretty well... the replacement gutter looks identical to the rest of the house, the leak was fixed, the downspouts were all secured and cleared, and the "Front" roof was cleaned off. Unfortunately, after carefully inspecting the side and back of the house on the weekend, it was a marginal effort at best. When I contacted Interstate, they did offer me a $300 discount but did not offer to complete the job. I was told that it would take pressure washing to properly finish the job; something that our builder strongly suggested against. Overall, I'm happy with everything except the roof cleaning. Given that I paid a premium for this service (one-stop shop), I would not hire them to clean off the roof again, but would use their service for other roofing needs. The Sales Manager was nice to work with.

Their sales person, Sean Clay, was extremely thorough in walking us through the work to be done and the processes involved. The other two bids we got were totally insufficient in that regard. They cleaned up daily, and their superintendent was there every day to make sure things were going well. There was a small amount of follow-up work regarding material in a gutter,which they immediately corrected. Perhaps a little bit expensive, they were in the middle with their bid, but would definitely recommend them.

What a joy to work with a professional company. They were done with our large house in 3.5 days with just a little more finish up. They cleaned up after each day and also brought a Port-a-potty for the guys. Quality job. Our Direct TV guy even told us how well they did putting the dish back on the roof and how clean the gutters were. These were two things our Salesman, Lance, promised us and they delivered. Dave Pate, Residential Division Manger, checked up on the workers each day, answered all our questions and kept us informed of schedule. Tresa, customer care manager, kept us informed, also and we always had someone to get in touch with for other questions. It was an A+ experience. We found them because they were doing a neighbor's roof and we watched how well they were doing.

Everything went very well, and they did a fantastic job. The crew showed on time, completed the work quickly, and didn't leave a mess in the yard. In fact, they brought their own dumpster and carted all of the debris away upon finishing the job. Really, the only issue was that the work had to be postponed by a week or so due to adverse weather conditions. Ultimately, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for roof and gutter services.

Interstate Roofing installed a beautiful new roof on our home several years ago. We have a very steep and complicated roof line and the roofers were highly skilled and did a fantastic job. Recently we had a small problem and Interstate came out and took care of the problem. It means a lot to us when a company stands behind their work and they do. We HIGHLY recommend Interstate Roofing!

They worked pretty fast. They did a good job. One guy that stood out was the guy that carried 2 quarter inch plywood on his back up to the top of the roof which is 25 feet on a ladder. I think it was a good price. I don't remember punctuality being a problem.

The scheduler kept me informed as to when our job would start. The crew showed up when expected and worked quickly and safely to tear off the shakes. Our roof has a 10:12 slope so is fairly steep. We unfortunately had some rain during the job but the crew had covered our roof with tarps so that there were no leaks. The crew cleaned up everyday that they were there and then did a final clean after the roof was finished. We are very happy with our roof and would hire Interstate again if need be.

I contacted Interstate Roofing because my neighbor across the street from me had them replace his roof and was very pleased. Ronnie from Interstate Roofing scheduled a time to come by and assess the roof. He sat down with me and went over all the options and answered all my questions. He was very helpful and professional. It took several weeks for the work to actually begin due the a large number of jobs they had ahead of mine. Once they got started it took about 5 days for them to replace the roof. Because of rainy weather there were some breaks in between the actual days worked which was a total of 3 days. The even came out and finished it up on a Sunday because the weather forecast was not looking good for the next week. A couple of weeks after the roof was done they installed the rain gutters. The only problem encountered was the installers of the rain gutters did not know about installing cover screens. Fortunately I happened to ask about the cover screens just as they were finishing up. Those will be installed tomorrow. I am very happy with the new roof. They did a thorough job cleaning up all the debris and as far as my yard goes you would never know they were here. During the process I was in contact by email with Tresa who was very helpful with keeping me informed, addressing any concerns and answering my questions. It was a very positive process all and all.

Excellent work by David and Ruben. They were on time, pleasant, professional and efficient. Following a massive rainstorm, I called several gutter repair companies and was told by most that they were scheduled for 6 weeks to 3 months out. I could not wait that long since the clog caused water to cascade down the side of my house when it rained. Interstate was able to come out in a matter of days. I had to pay the minimum charge, $250, but it was well worth it, even if the work only took about 35 minutes. Highest recommendation; these guys know what they are doing.

Interstate roofing was highly recommended to us by a neighbor and they have done quite a bit of work in our neighborhood. I called to get an estimate for repair or replacement of a leaking roof over our front porch and the office staff were very pleasant to communicate with. I was told to expect a call from an estimator in 24-36 hours. The estimator never called so I called the office to make sure they had my correct contact info etc. I was assured that I should expect a call from the estimator later the same day and was transferred to voicemail to leave a message. The call back never came. I don't mind that they don't appear to want my business, but I do mind that they have wasted my time waiting for their call and don't keep their commitments.

I contacted Interstate via their online quote form for a gutter installation. As I explained on their online form, the job was for a new pole barn. I gave them the lengths needed as well. They responded very quickly with they have a $400.00 minimum and that they are 8 weeks out. I asked if that meant they would do it for the $400 and they responded with yes if I have them done in white or brown. I agreed with white. They only needed to know what size gutter I wanted and I told them what size my facia board was. They said great, we'll get this going. All of this was done by email. When I got home from work the next day, the paper work was at my front door with a new quote for $1080.00. After contacting them to ask why the change they said the new quote was a very fair price. And only after I pushed them to explain why the change in price they said they didn't know I'd need down spouts as well. Even though I had already explained it was a new pole barn. I believe telling me they have a 400 minimum was just a sales ploy. And as far as the new quote being a fair price I've already got another quote for almost half that.

The service went well. I was happy with the work they did, but they were a little hard to get in touch with. I had to follow up with them a few times after they came out for the quote to have the actual service scheduled.

I had a bad experience with this company. A few months after the roof repair, we were told from another roof company which cleaned the roof and gutter that the condition of the roof was bad. I called the interstate roofing company and scheduled to reinspect, but they didn't come without any notice. I called once again and talked to the president of this company and she said that their crew drove by and checked from distance. Who inspect the roof from distance? The worst thing is during our conversation, she hung up the phone. They don't respect customers and I regret that I hired this company.

Would not use or recommend this company. Estimator was an hour late for his appointment time and would not respond to calls from either us or his own company. When he arrived he acted as if he was inconvenienced to have to come out and tried to talk us out of having to perform the scope of work we wanted completed because quote it is expensive and a big job. He said he would give us a quote for the work he wanted to perform towards the end of the week and never received a quote for the work so apparently he didn't want to do any work.
