The work was performed quickly, with minimal disruptions. In the course of the work, Jody found several rafters that had bent under the existing load. He jacked them back into position - something that was not in the original bid and he did not charge extra for.
Jody and his helper did not skimp on nails, screws, and reinforcements. If future owners want to remodel our attic, they will find the added structure difficult to remove. In the meantime our roof is not going anywhere.
Interior Revisions provides a rare combination of knowledge, superior craftsmanship, and reasonable cost. We have since used them for other work - finish carpentry rather than major structural efforts - and the results were superb as well.
