Arrived on time and job was done as predicted.

Unfortunately the first unit was faulty but not something that you could tell immediately. However, 24 hours later, I called and described the problem and they were out the same day with a replacement.

The first time we went to use the AC unit in our home was on July 11th 2022. The unit did not turn on as the breaker was off. We switched the breaker on and could hear the panel make noise then a large boom happened. Five of our neighbors came running out to see if we were ok. The AC unit has a large black area that looks like it is burnt. The builder has emailed them asking them to contact us to schedule an appointment asap. The builder emailed on 7/12/2022. We have called a couple of times and no one answers so we leave messages asking for a call back. Finally on 7/18/2022 we got in touch with someone from integrity and they said they would call us back, which they failed to do. So it has been a week with no one scheduling a visit to come look at the unit and we are going into a week of temps in the 90’s without even an idea of what happened or when the AC unit will be fixed. We understand things happen, but we are extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and urgency in resolving this matter and ensuring their quality of work.

Showed up on time, finished on time, and cleaned up. The work was clean and neat. Very professional.

We did a lot of research and narrowed down to the 3 top vendors. After meeting with the 3 project managers, we are so thrilled that we found the winner - Integrity Air Inc to do the below project for us. 1_replace our 24 yrs old furnace. 2_Add a new AC. Jace, the account manager, visited our home on 03/23/2022. He checked out our old system, thoroughly inspected and measured our building, and came up the best design option for us. He helped us pick the furnace, AC and thermostat. Next day, he emailed us the detailed proposal with the different financial options. We signed the documents through DocuSign on 03/25/2022. On 04/04/2023, Gabe, the Technician Lead, came at 7am and started the old furnace removal. Then Mikiah arrived with the new equipment. Jace stopped by twice to check on the project and delivered two new filters for our new HVAC system. The project was completed by 3:30pm and the whole process is super smooth and enjoyable. We have been so impressed by their friendliness, skill sets, honesty, perfection, and professionalism. Gabe tested the system and demonstrated how to operate the new thermostat. He also shared the maintenance info with us. Jace taught us how to change the filter. We really appreciated that Jace submitted the equipment registration for us. He also pulled the permit and reminded us to call the County to have the new system inspected. Now we are ready for the coming hot summer. Huge thanks to Jace, Gabe and Mikiah’s excellent service! We will be so happy to introduce your service and Integrity Air to our families and friends.

Good. They suggested adding an air scrubber to minimize dust and cat hair in the house. They were more professional than some of the other heating contractors I interviewed.

Great company and great customer service. We had our air conditioning unit replaced by Integrity Air after ours went out. They did a wonderful job installing, and also checking back to make sure everything was working well for us. A year and a half later, still working great. Would recommend Integrity Air!

The installation was fast, they double checked everything. Something went wrong after a couple of weeks when the NEST was not working with the unit. They schedule a team the next day to check everything. Now works great. Highly recommended.

Craig and his apprentice were punctual, finished the work on time and cleaned up completely. Pedro dropped by as they started the job. All three guys were professional and friendly. Pedro was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. His communication style was informative, yet not condescending as can so often be the case when male contractors are speaking with female homeowners. It didn't work out to go with Integrity Air because the specific products they carried didn't work for our current needs, but Pedro was patient and helpful as he prepared several quotes for me and answered my questions. Based on my customer service experience, I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Our A/C died at the beginning of the summer, and we contact a few different companies to get diagnostics and repair estimates. Jace from Integrity Air was different from the start. He took the time to check out our system, diagnose the issue, and recommend options while being low pressure. When we decided to move forwards with a system replacement, he didn't just give us a basic unit based on the size and age of our house, but took into consideration things like the number of windows we have and the amount/timing of sun exposure to our house. Installation day was where Integrity really shined: the installer hit an issue with the new A/C unit we purchased, since our current electrical hookup wasn't sufficient. Instead of saddling us with the extra cost of getting the circuit upgraded, Integrity installed a more efficient unit for us, no questions asked. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

They were first to respond, had the best pricing for quality components. Personal service that was timely and efficient. They even re-routed/improved our current ducting to create more even heating/cooling, which was above and beyond their bid. Wonderful people to work with. We HIGHLY recommend these folks!

This company is excellent. We've owned our home for 5 years. It has two central air conditioning units - one for most of the house and a smaller system for a finished attic and one other room. The larger system has never worked all that well, and, as we suspected, it was nearly out of coolant. Since it was an old system, it used freon, which is now very expensive as well as bad for the environment. So we decided to replace it. The cost of the initial service call to evaluate the system was credited against the replacement cost - nice. And the bid by Pedro was very fair, considering that the installation took an entire day and also involved the brief services of an electrician since the location of the power box needed to be moved to meet code. But what was really amazing is that we asked Paul to return to see if he could fix our smaller A/C system which suddenly quit. It's a very strange geothermal combo A/C furnace unit and he spent 2 hours trying to fix it. When he wasn't successful he didn't charge us anything for that visit - saying he spent all that time because he wanted to give it his best shot. All in all, the best HVAC company I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with and they will be our go-to company for service from now on.

Pedro and the team at Integrity Air did a wonderful job. Figuring out a plan for rebalancing the air flow in our three story house required multiple trips to our home and a lot of pre-planning- and it paid off. My home is much more comfortable. All of the workers who came to the home were communicative, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them and use them again myself.
