Landline Phone Service
Integra was to have my phone operational on a certain date. The coordination between Integra and another service provider was horrible because Integra leases these phone lines from another company. Another company being the bigger of the two was being difficult but that didn't mean it had to be difficult for the consumer. The Integra technician came to my office about 5 times and it took 2 weeks to get the lines working. In fact, I missed a conference call because Integra did not install my phones like they said they would on a certain date. I wouldn't recommend Integra anymore. Sorry for jumping back and forth on this.
