At the very start, everything started off fine. As we got further into the project, it took much longer for him to do different parts of the job. He has failed in the form of communication, scans his phone calls, does not call us back, he tells us he will show up but he never shows up, and we have not received the equipment that we have already paid for. We just want the equipment that we have paid for. I will never recommend him to anyone. We have learned that he is not licensed or bonded after the fact.
Description of Work: He was going to build a free form waterfall pond, but it is built like a swimming pool. In the contract he was providing certain services and providing all the equipment for the project. In the middle, we told him that we wanted to change from a chlorine system to a salt water system. He was suppose to also purchase a water heater. There is also a panel that has electrical work that has to be done. He has not completed the contract so we have not been able to hire the electrician to finish the job.
