FIRST OF ALL, THERE WAS A GUY THAT CAME OVER AND LOOKED AT OUR HOME TO DETERMINE THE BEST LAYOUT OF THE CARPET AND HOW MUCH WE WOULD NEED, THEN WE DECIDED ON WHAT TYPE OF CARPET AND THEY INSTALLED IT. THE TECH WAS PROFESSIONAL AND WAS PRETTY ACCURATE ON HOW MUCH CARPET WE NEEDED SO THAT WE DIDN'T GO OVER VERY MUCH.
