They disassembled it, left parts all over my front porch for 3 weeks. They had to order parts, tools, wait wait, every excuse these people had they did. They were paid for a job and they intentionally tried to run me off and wait me out. My insurance company AHS bought me a new machine. These people are so dishonest they should not be on Angies List. Nor should any insurance company cover them. My nightmare with this problem lasted from May 6 until October 2nd week when I got my new machine. I had to pay a $100 deductible to AHS.

Fridge was not cooling, discovered on July 4 last year. Called Image, he called back said he could not make it till the morning - but he advised me on how to keep the food in fridge from going bad! That was much appreciated. The following day he showed up promptly, performed some tests and ended up replacing the thermostat. Charge was very reasonable. Also repaired my washer. Washer was making a horrible mechanical "not good" kind of noise. I turned to online videos that might describe the noise and how to repair. I did find videos and came up with my own diagnosis. Then I called Image and he came out a few hours later. Performed checks again and came up with same diagnosis as online. He ordered the part, picked it up the next day and installed. As above, Michael did an excellent job. He had all the diagnostic equipment with him. He is easy going, very friendly and works efficiently. He left the oven and kitchen in great condition. Highly recommended.

Provider No Showed to the first appt and did not return my phone calls to find out why. My husband called and set another appt which he was 15 minutes late to. He was very polite and helpful but did not seem to have the answers to the repair. I had to run to the store to pick up a new filter but when I returned that was not the problem. He spent at least 1 hour trying to diagnose the problem. He used an air compressor to blow out the line and heater to unfreeze line in door. Within 12 hours the dispenser stopped working and he was called out again to take a look at No charge. Initial return trip he no showed the appt. He did finally make it back out on another day, unfroze the pipe but stated if it happens again the door will need to be replaced or it could be the sensor. When I requested additional information on the cost for either of these repairs I got no response.
The pricing is good, but when you take time off of work for the appt and the tech no shows or is late it is very frustrating.

Michale also had to run to portland to get my replacement parts! He was back in a few hours and had the washer fixed within the hour. Very satisfied customer!

Michael arrived on time, was very professional, and did a great job with the repairs. Additionally, he was very charming, and it was a pleasure to have him do the work.

Michael was very responsive to our request to repair our Electrolux
dryer. It was previously repaired three times by a major repair company
(which I would never use again). The major repair company replaced the
motor yet Michael was able to fix the dryer without replacing the motor.
I now believe the major repair companies were dishonest and were simply
padding the bill under the warranty program. The repair needed today
had the same exact symptoms yet Michael took the extra time to test a
few things after he made a simple adjustment. I am thrilled as he saved
us a lot of money and time. He has integrity and is a very hard worker.
Once you use Michael, you will never use a major appliance repair
company again.

My dryer stopped working a couple. I was about ready to do the trips to the appliance stores (Sears, Costco, Standard, etc.) to buy a new dryer, but decided to check Craig's List for some repair people instead of buying a new one. Of the names and places on Craig's List, Image Appliance was the only one that had A rating (most had F), so I called him and he came in about 2 hours to fix the dryer.
He showed up on time, was pleasant and clean. He went to work immediately and took the entire dryer apart and found that there was a broken wire inside, which he was able to fix with no additional parts. He explained what he was doing while he was working. (I was curious how he would trouble shoot.) He put the dryer back in place, even reconnecting the vent. The cost was only $80 for this job! Imagine if I had bought a new one for a small repair.
We spoke for some time and he seemed intelligent and pleasant. I would use him in a heartbeat if another appliance broke.

Michael came on time, did a great job fixing our dishwasher was very professional and friendly.

Everything is working fine. He replaced 2 seals on the dryer and he replaced something to make it turn more smoothly. Now it's working fine, it's drying better and there is no more noise. It's a great relief to me and my neighbors. He has a little bit of difficulty in scheduling time so he came a little late, but then he made up for it by staying late. He finished the job as he promised he would. He charges a flat fee for the repair so it's the same fee no matter how long it takes. My neighbors used him, too, and they were very happy with him as well.
