They were on time, and responsive by phone, and the installers were hard-working and courteous. However, on both visits they did not have the correct materials. And were unprepared to complete the work. When the roof was off, they arrived without fall protection, and when the equipment appeared, they were unfamiliar with using it. They used 2 layers of 1" rigid instead of the single layer of 2" requesed and bid. The additional thickness from the stacked rigid material and inexact install reduced the amount of venting space available for my roof. They also arrived with 24" batt, when 16" was required for my attic floor. For both the roof peak, and the soffit vents they installed baffles to provide roof venting completely incorrectly - almost as if they had no idea what a baffle does, and I had to fix it myself. Finally, their cleanup was terrible. Sale guy/project manager was apologetic but totally checked out. 
Workers themselves were very courteous and hard working. Not their fault. Bad management, training, and communication.

The company provided us an estimate for insulating our attic and an exterior wall. 
As it turned out, they could only insulate the attic. That was fine, but I needed to adjust the bill. I tried to contact the estimator several times by phone. He did not call me back. He just mailed me an invoice with a $60 discount. I called again and left a message saying that I expected a greater discount as only half of the work was completed. I didn't hear from them again for six months. The company offered an additional $20 discount. I paid them begrudgingly.
Lesson learned: Get a detailed estimate.
And don't hire this company. Their communication skills are unprofessional and their billing practices are shady.

Travis came out initially and did a quote for me. He was very nice, provided a quote via email quickly and got back to me right away when I called him.  The 2 guys who came to do the work later were also very nice, punctual, and professional.  They got right to work and did a great job.  They even fixed a vent in the floor of a bathroom that had come undone (and I didn't know about) so that the insulation could be installed under that floor properly.  I will definitely hire them again if I ever need to.

Super hard workers-well done -quick paper work-just took a few trys to get them here would recommend highly-

Travis was great, he was friendly and gave a us the best estimate and talked with us about options for rebates. They were also willing to work with us to come and take the insulation out on one day and then come back after we completed some other work on the house to install new insulation. The men who came to do the insulation removal and blow in were friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing and worked quickly. The baffles and insulation around the vents, and crawlspace entrance were done quickly and professionally. The paperwork for our rebate came with them promptly and prepared for me to complete.  I would recommend this company.

A two-person crew came out to do the estimate and examined the attic for baffling needed and other issues and measured the layout. They informed me that to be up to code, I would need to extend the bathroom exhaust through the roof (I didn't know that it was simply venting into the attic). I received and approved the estimate that evening and they were able to dispatch a crew the next day. The crew was on time and did an excellent job of protecting the floors while they were setting up. They were completely finished in a few hours and did not leave a trace of their work (beyond the well-insulated attic). I was extremely impressed with the quality of their work and would recommend them highly.

They came out and did an examination of our house. We have had perpetual problems with drafts and cold spots in parts of the house since we moved in. They uncovered some improperly installed insulation and proposed a plan to fix it. The crew came out as scheduled and fixed the problems and installed new insulation throughout the underside of our house. We had a particular problem in the master bathroom involving an access panel for a tub that was not sealed properly which they fixed on the second attempt. Overall, the work quality was quite good and the drafts/coldness have improved a lot from where it was. There are some lingering draft issues, but we were advised that there may be additional insulation needs in the exterior walls which were not part of this project. We will likely contact them again in the future for that work when we are ready.

They did a very nice job, they performend everything to my expectations. Initially their sales representative came to the house inspected the areas and gave a detailed estimate. However he lost our address once and needed to follow up with us to get the estimate out. It was easy to set-up a time and they came right when they were supposed to. While they were doing the job, they covered the floors in the house with plastic to avoid too much dirt. The only thing I would have liked to see is them cleaning up a bit better after they were done.

The only slight shortcoming was that it took longer to get the estimate than we had been promised. However, the turn-around time after receiving the estimate was just one week, so we were still able to have the job done in the dry season.

Very professional on the bidding. It was nice to get communications and responses by email. Job was well done - even came back to take care of a detail. Minor miscommunication about two crews instead of one, but that was nothing. Only problem is that they haven't been very responsive since the job was done, and I have follow-up questions and paperwork about the energy trust incentive. Still trying.

It couldn't have gone any better, The installers were punctual, had the work done in about 15 minutes and cleaned up. Very, very responsive company and I'm very happy with their quick turnaround and helpfulness. I'd definitely use them again.

They were very efficient and on time. They did the job in less time than I thought they would be. Cleaned up afterwards and everything was fine. No surprises.

We had a pipe burst, so some of our insulation had to be replaced. Brian came right out, wrote an estimate (which I had to call to get, instead of him sending it like he said he would). The estimate was a lot lower than the other one I got, even though I have an old house with variable floor joist widths. They scheduled me right away and did the work really fast. So fast, I was worried they hadn't actually done it. So I went in my crawl space (yuk!) and checked and it looked nice. Some very small pieces of insulation hung down in the crawl space, but considering how small their work area was, I don't know if anyone could have done it differently. I had them go back in and straighten up my vapor barrier, and they did it without complaining. The workers didn't speak much English, but were very nice and very thorough!

A few problems, but they promptly corrected them, sent out supervisory personnel, and satisfied city requirements.

The quote was given to us on time, the workers showed up on time and the job was done to specification.

INITIAL CONTACT WITH COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY PROMPT AND INFORMATIVE. GAVE US A CLEAR DESCRIPTION OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND COST. DID THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WORKERS WERE VERY PLEASANT. CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. PROVIDED US WITH FORM AND INFORMATION FOR ENERGY CREDITS FOR THE WORK. WE SAW AN IMMEDIATE CHANGE IN OUR LIVING SPACE - MUCH WARMER.
