Initial meeting was agreed upon by all concerned and Mr. Henwood brought Will the videographer along on the meeting so we could each discuss the details and determine what exactly would be wanted and needed in advance of a then to be determined future date of projected day(s) to be scheduled later for the actual shooting of the video. We discussed how long we wanted the video to span in actual minutes, and how many different segments the video would need to cover, and the actual content to be conveyed during each segment and how we would each go about accomplishing individual responsibilities associated with each task and segment.  My part in the process was more of an intermediary on behalf of my employer to facilitate on our end the organization of materials and guidance for all of our staff and residents and family members who may or may not be directly involved with the production of the video. One aspect of coordination, for instance involved the production and distribution of release forms to be signed, duplicated, filed with our facility ad well as rendered to Henhouse Productions so that in the end, all parties have a signed copy of each applicable release form. Property release forms, model release forms, and minor-model release forms were all involved. HenHouse Productions provided the legal documents by email attachment. I modified the documents in one regard so that three copies of each document type would each designate the filing location for each signed document (principal signing person; facility business copy, and a photog copy for Henhouse Productions). Administrative tasks on my end for each of our own staff and involved modeling family members and residents spanned a couple of dozen different files with at least three documents in each file.  I would say that each party involved in this production has had many detailed tasks for which each is responsible and by far Henhouse Productions has been most exemplary, creative, and accommodating of the goals upon which all agree have been paramount to the success of the video production. The collaborative developments have been wonderfully positive, educational, and indeed successful beyond our greatest expectations. 
HenhouseProductions.net represents well the potential of the creative and skilled minds involved at that company. Steve Henwood essentially delivers on the promise that his website creative video media content very well represents.  Steve's creative animation design skills beautifully transform the very best selections of more video footage than could be contained by the time limits of the resulting six minute video into a most engaging and directly focused presentation that highlights with great precision the several points that our video now effectively conveys to any viewing audience. 
Together, Steve and I have passed video clips back and forth discussing how each clip may be refined and reduced to fit the format and the agreed upon time limits while yet retaining the merits of the intended message in each virtual tour segment, personal testimonial, staff interview, and specific overview of services and special features available at our two ventilator specialty skilled nursing healthcare facilities.  
The additional footage that we were also fortunate to obtain during the agreed upon day of shooting the video will prove to be useful as well, I believe in the subsequent development of additional videos that will further highlight procedural demonstrations of care services that we provide daily at each adult family home facility for each individual resident-patient receiving specialized care.
Henhouse Productions has very effectively facilitated a transformation in the very branding of these two 24-hour specialty care facilities in that we can now accomplish easily the promotional marketing presentation of our services in a concise format that conveys and re-enforces the messages that we most need the regional healthcare industry leaders to understand about the services that we provide to a very limited and special population of persons who may be suffering with respiratory difficulties requiring long-term ventilator care available in a home-like environment instead of a much more costly hospital or rehab nursing facility setting.  We can now appeal to discharge planners more effectively than traditional direct marketing campaigns alone have been able to accomplish.  Now, other healthcare professionals in the Northwest regional skilled nursing industry will recognize our local presence, our available state-of-the-art level of medical equipment and care services, and, most importantly, our readiness to receive new resident patients.
We had contacted a couple businesses in Vancouver, WA which appear to offer similar services, but neither of those businesses bothered to responded to our detailed interest and proposals. And the online representation of those listed in Vancouver, WA, while sufficient, do not compare well at all with that of Henhouse Productions. Again, Henhouse Productions not only promises in many ways what can be accomplished, it also delivers.  From first contact to final completion of the fully edited and animated video production, the atmosphere of communication between Henhouse Productions and our entire team at Better Options & Rite Choice has been invigorating, professional, and entirely productive. 
Without any hesitation at all, I would recommend Henhouse Productions to anyone in need of video development, creative animation design, and editing services. Employees of Otak, past and present, gathered together at an informal party to wish our much loved and respected founder, Nawzad Othman, a fond farewell. Nawzad is excited to be embarking on a new adventure, founding the Othman Group. The impromptu celebration invitation had such a huge response that I decided to capture the party on video as a keepsake. My friend Katie Kersten, a multi-talented, graphics guru, suggested Steve Henwood of Henhouse Productions.
I contacted Steve just days before our party and immediately he was on board. I gave him a very vague description of what I wanted. I was not part of the party planning team and had no idea of the lighting or anything else never visiting the venue myself. Steve listened carefully to my request and immediately made me feel at ease with his great attitude. It was an extreme pleasure working with him from our first phone call to reviewing the final video and he did it all on my small budget. He showed up early with all the equipment he needed to adapt to our accommodations and conditions and brought a great assistant to help him video every detail.
Wow. Great results. Steve’s turnaround was super fast and the quality of the video was fantastic. It turned out our venue was very dark and somehow Steve delivered. Perfect sound quality of the band in the background, the speeches delivered, people having fun, perfect color grading and contrast. Steve pulled it off and I was blown away with the remarkable product he delivered in 1920 x 1080 progressive HD format (multicam production). And once I shared the video with Nawzad, he enjoyed it immensely, and I had Steve do some additional services including delivering my video in a variety of formats to make it easy to share. Steve provided expert editing and custom animation and delivered the final movie so quickly!

I was looking for a videographer who could make a Bollywood style (Indian) wedding movie for us. I met with many videographers and did my research. I was told about Steve by a colleague. I visited his website and decided to meet him personally. We went over what I wanted and Steve got back to me in timely fashion. Indian weddings are long and requires lot of insight into our culture and tradition to understand what the videographer needs to shoot. Like every couple who are planning their wedding, we wanted the best man for the job. Steve was the best man for this job and I am glad I hired him. His quality of DVD's exceeded our expectations and I am glad we hired him instead of someone else. I am calling Steve for any occassions in future :)

Steve from Henhouse Productions videotaped the memorial service for my mother, who was an iconic member of the community. I contacted him just four days prior to the service and started making arrangements. He met me at the church the next day to take a look at the house sound system. It didn't look promising, but he was determined to find a way to make it work.

On the day of the service he set up all of his equipment in a non-obtrusive way, provided dual (dialed into the archiac house sound system as well as redundant recording) mics, including a roving mic for speakers from the congregation. He captured every minute of the service and produced a Hollywood worthy quality DVD, including a photo slide show provided by the family, complete with user friendly menus. He also provided a MP format thumb drive of the entire service. All of this was delivered just 12 days after the service. As several of Mom's family members were unable to attend the service, the recording is priceless and will be cherished by our entire family for many generations. I could not be more pleased with his performance.

It went very well and Steve provided polished videos at the completion of the project, each about one to two minutes in length for me to choose from. He also provided comments along the way that helped keep everyone on track for the recording. He does incredible work.

A week before the party, Steve scouted the location, talked with the owners and clarified various details in terms of what I wanted documented. He was there to set up well in advance on the date of the party and was very pleasant and easy to work with. He related well to the attendant guests and their parents but was quite unobtrusive.
