It seemed to go well at first. We were happy with the screen install at product the first day, thought it weird that the company had a website but no reviews or internet presence otherwise. But based on research thought the Mirage Retractable Screen System would meet our needs. After the install, we realized that it did not. the tension is so loose that our animals and 15 month old daughter can slip out underneath it. It also had a 12 or 25 pound magnet instead of a latch. The only benefit is the low profile and the nice threshhold. When we contacted Jake about getting a refund and having him collect the screen, he initially said it shouldn't be a problem. After a day, he indicated that he would only refund half because it was a "customer" screen. At no point did he disclose that we would not be able to get a refund if we were not satisfied, which is standard business practice. Buyer beware.
