Kevin had done similar work for us in 2008, so we called him again. It was a little difficult to get hold of him. As arranged, he came out to our place a few days later to check out the situation--depending on what he saw, he would either do the work that day or another day. He arrived on time with an assistant. He asked questions & made sure he understood what we needed. He gave us an estimate which seemed quite reasonable. They did the work the same day, very quickly. It was exactly what we needed done. Everything worked when they were done. They left no mess.
